I've had some surveys literally disappear without being credited and quite a few have been given prize draw entries instead of points. I've done a dozen surveys since the start of August but have been stuck on about 66000 points since June though I've managed to up it with a few sponsored 15 point surveys.

I've emailed Toluna several times and just got standard responses. Am I ever going to get the points or shall I just give up? Once i've managed to get an amazon voucher if that ever happens that's it for me. I'd rather put the time into other survey sites that actually award points in good time

All that has happened to me also. I've written and written about receiving only prize draw entries instead of the points and even attached screenshots of the completion page in each case, but they don't even answer. I've just written these points off now. I haven't actually had surveys disappear though. That's a first!

It has been nine weeks since I applied for my Love To Shop voucher and when I wrote to them this week, I did get an apology, and they then said they would pass my message on to their 'Incentives Department'!

However, at my age, (70) I don't get many surveys from other companies and when I do, more often than not I get screened out as soon as I put in my age! Toluna is the only company from whom I get any sort of quantity of surveys. I just pick out the ones I think I stand a chance of completing! If I was younger though, I wouldn't bother with them because of all the hassle!

Toluna was down for maintenance yesterday. Just got an e-mail saying they were up and running again now. Seems OK to me.

I've just found I can't access the survey they sent me. The first page just won't load! Even the URL at the bottom of the e-mail doesn't work any better!

The site was very slow yesterday; especially the Quick Sponsored Polls! I gave up on them in the end; it was just too slow - like watching paint dry waiting for the results to load each time I voted!

Not been in a position to redeem for quite a while but where have the vouchers gone? Used to be 80,000 for a supermarket/Amazon voucher but now I can't find them. Help. TIA
