iv had tons of stuff from surveys from toluna! crisps, porridge, biscuits, just waiting for toothpaste. Only thing that keeps me using them!

How do you get them from surveys? I didn't even know you could get them that way!

you get sent the survey (usually in the email it will say its a survey where you can be given the chance to test a product) and you answer the questions usually about the type of product they'll be sending and i guess you must have to meet criteria as i've had some product ones where i havent been suitable and then they send you the product and you try it and then you answer another survey about what you thought of the product

Just joined Tuluna and would like to ask members for info?
This afternoon I have filled in several surveys but find the points have not registered.
I have looked in my area, under points and see some PROJECT OPEN and Pending.
Does that mean that the points do not show on your score till the survey closes?

    Thank you.

Yes, you will get the points when the survey closes. I do the Sponsored Content surveys because they are really quick and a good way to rack up your points. You can find them by clicking the explore tab and they are at the bottom. The points for these, usually 15, are added to your total straight away. Hope this helps.

Ah right. I normally go to the surveys through the website as all the ones I get on my email say "Over quota", even though I open the email as soon as it arrives. Maybe that's why I never get any product testing from them then?

Sorry for the late reply. I wasn't told my post had been moved from where I originally put it, so I only just found it.

I am finding a lot of my entries are for prize draws and not points towards a voucher. A few surveys trigger pending and I think a few points for votes....is that right?

A few questions from a Toluna newbie???

When doing surveys with upto xxxx points. I click on the points earned bit under my name and find a lot of the surveys say "survay incentive - prize draw". Does this mean no points but just a prize draw entry for all my effort :(

    Thanks.

I don't know about the up to xxxx points bit as the emails I receive have a specified number of points. If you complete the survey fully you should receive a page at the end saying "You've made it....." (or something like that) and on your points page of your account it will show as pending for the particular survey. It will take a number of weeks for the points for completed surveys to be added to your account. If you were screened out of the survey, you will receive a draw entry only.
