Thanks again gemini. I usually check points from the 'You' tab when Toluna have added points to account.

When the list has populated, I click Ctrl & F (to find) and copy and paste in the survey number (from email invitation), it whizzes to the survey and it's easy to check.

However, tried using in the last couple of days and found that it didn't work using IE9, the page kept crashing, but worked using Google Chrome.

    Best wishes

Ah, Now you've told me something I didn't know libra10. Thanks. I'm using IE 8 so I'll try that tip next time I do a survey and see if it works for me. But what I don't understand is, if you check to see if a completed survey is in 'Pending' straight after you've done it; when it is at the top of the list, then why can't you note the number of the survey from there?

Well mailed Toluna again chasing up on my voucher - and got a standard reply back saying check with your local post office and then tell them what the address is that it should be going to. Know for a start that it won't be at the post office - they only keep items for 7 days before returning to sender, but I'll try them anyway. Course they've closed the ticket I raised with them as soon as they replied

I'll try what you say. Usually if I have completed a survey from the Home Page, I immediately check points, and like you say, the survey is usually showing at the top of the points section as pending. More difficult to check though if the survey doesn't have a number. Might try next time though.
  • Sorry if this has already been answered on here but there are a lot of pages to read through. Just wondered if someone can tell me how long the credits normally show as 'pending' on Toluna?

Mostly about two months but can be around three months in some cases. You get them in the end though. :)

(Doesn't show the points in 'Pending' so you should keep a check yourself.)

After reading how long it is taking for people to receive their rewards at Toluna I have also decided to cancel my account. There are other survey sites that pay faster and have better surveys. I joined to give this one a try and though I have received many surveys through my e-mail account most of them I don't qualify for. Plenty of surveys that take ages to complete but then the points being offered is not worth the amount of time spent.
I have found the other survey sites mentioned in this Forum allot better earning wise.

It is very annoying to spend a very long time completing a survey, only to get screened out almost at the end! I had just such an experience with Toluna recently. Admittedly it wasn't actually a Toluna survey, but from one of their partners. It was about products (sprays and collars) that produce pheronomes that are supposed to alleviate stress in dogs. I was evaluating both for them and it had already taken me at least 20 minutes, when suddenly I was told I did not qualify for the survey! I don't think I have ever got so far into a survey and then been screened out before! I was hopping mad! If this isn't downright fraud on the part of this 'Partner' I don't know what is!

I was considering signing up to Toluna but am having 2nd thoughts now after reading this. Is it really a bad as it sounds on here? Sounded so promising on their site!
