Argh, just completed a survey (Brainjuicer type) and got all the way through, and only got a crappy never-gonna-win prize draw entry. Have emailed and hope I get the points. Glad it was only a 10 minute survey and not a 45 minute one."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

I NEVER do these 'Brainjuicer' ones - no matter which survey company sets it. Gimmicky things with pages more often than not taking an age to load and, as you say, more often than not screened out of just before the end! The crooked lot! Had my fingers burned with these 'Brainjuicers' far too often in the past! I hate gimmicky surveys with fancy pages taking ages to load and very prone to going wrong half way through and just disappearing! Far better to stick to straightforward questions and answers in my view.

this site is very strange. In a good way sometimes, i have only been a member for just over a week and got 3 product testing surveys from them, and now i clicked one that said it was for food, but it turned out it was for converse and i would get paid to give my ideas to converse.0

Just wondering if anyone can help me..
I've been a member of Toluna for nearly 2 years, and I've NEVER received a survey from them, there's none on the site for me either.
I contacted them but I get no response.
My profile is 100% complete, so a bit curious as to why I've had nothing.Anchor yourself to the foundations of everything you love.
Thank you to all those who post competitions!:beer:0 -

Yes i found that a LOT. They oftend title the surveys wrong.
For example, i was told it was a sports survey, did not want to do it but turns out when i did click, it was for baby products!

Joined up to Toluna, but I got screened out of most surveys part way through and they weren't adding the promised points to my account. After reading about the bad experiences people have had with them both here and on the net generally- I left very soon after joining. Still, after one survey I did manage to fill out they have sent me a month's worth of dishwasher tablets! Unbranded, but look like Finish and we normally have Asda Smart Price! I'll consider them my payment for all the surveys I completed and didn't get points for!Minimalist

I regularly get invited to their surveys. However the rewards in relation to the time involved are generally so poor I ignore the vast majority. They regularly don't credit for surveys completed. However every now and again they have a good paying one, so I bide my time.0

Hiya,
Toluna also have a division called Opinion Surveys. In sites like earnfromsurveys.com, for example, you can do those by just entering your paypal email address. Payment occurs when threshold is reached (I believe currently that is 5 pounds). Speaking from experience, there are lots of surveys available daily.

I have received HMV vouchers from Toluna, although I ordered Debenhams vouchers.
Toluna repeatedly say that once ordered they cannot be changed. Although I pointed up their error immediately and they didn't deliver the vouchers for nearly 2 months!
So as HMV is in receivership can I now get them to take the vouchers back! They haven't responded when I tell them the vouchers are worthless.
They seem to be a law unto themselves!
