    I AM SO ANNOYED!!!

Spent ages on a survey, for only 2400 points, answered every question, and got to the end and then it told me i was screen out but it asked me every question for the whole lenghty survvey and asked demographics at the end. Pathetic waste of my time!!!!!

Why get all the answers out of you then tell you yor screened out. I am sure that was the full survey because it asked so many questions. This is unfair!

I agree with all the other posters.
I get screened out for the majority of surveys I'm sent by responses they already have in my profile surveys.

Still waiting for an Amazon voucher I ordered in November!

If you have a lot of time then maybe Toluna are OK but there are better companies out there. I like Valued Opinions.

The one I ordered on 3/12/12 has just come through today so hopefully yours should be with you soon.
  • how do you get the amazon vouchers? Are they sent to your email or put on your account somewhere?

My redemption vanished after being in the 'proccessing' stage for ages but I've had no voucher.

The code will show up in your Toluna account once it has been processed. They can take a while - 6-8 weeks seems to be the norm. If you go to the rewards part of your account (under You on the menu) - you will be able to see any due to you. The default setting is 30 days but you can change the dates using the date range boxes on screen to search for longer periods.

    Hope it helps :)
  • Getting fed up of being screened out, only survey site it seems to happen regularly on, usually after asking a lot of questions.

i just joined the other day, i quite like the site, i do get screened out ALOT, and the waiting for the points is a bit of a pain, but i did one survey and get put through for free samples of a new oat so simple pack so i am quite happy with it at the moment!

Starting to like toluna a bit. claimed a voucher the other day, only had around 1000 points, today i checked had 20,000, checked again now, and it gone up by 50000 - nearly had a heart attack lol. I don't think i have anything or much pending now.

Still do not like how they take 6 weeks to process whereas other sites give codes within seconds. But what can you do?
