(I used to strongly advise against this as they rarely used to credit and you had no proof of taking it and no record of the survey number, but despite Toluna's many flaws I now find this the best way to earn a lot of points quickly as they do seem to be better at crediting!)
Say you get invited to a survey in an email. You open the link and take the survey. If you screen out or complete the survey, right at the end there'll be a button that says "take another survey". Click it, take the next survey, repeat until you get the "Oops, no more surveys" message.
...Or, if you click the link in the email and it gives you that "we apologise that the original survey is now full" or whatever message - wait for a new survey to load and take it. I used to see that message and just close the survey thinking the previously-mentioned "oh, if I take this survey I won't have any proof of being invited so I won't bother", now I take every survey I can get.
Like I said, I used to do this and the surveys almost never credited, but since they launched the new site they're much better and I earn vouchers a lot faster these days.
Sorry - I've only just seen the last couple of posts! Like thriftymac says, I don't wait to be invited - I just go onto the website and see what surveys are there! Yes I get screened out of a lot (I dread to think how many "prize draw" entries I've got!) but I try and do at least 2 a day. And if I get screened out of any of the emails then I click on "Take another survey". So far so good - and everyone's Christmas pressies are coming from Amazon this year:)

There still appears to be problems, as you say lets hope they're speeding the whole thing up.
Just a thought; but when you do manage to log back into Toluna, don't log out again afterwards. Stay logged in. If and when you empty out your Temporary Internet files, leave the Toluna Cookies in and then you'll always be logged in to them. I've found in the past that whenever they're doing something to their website, you'll get that error message saying you've not logged in correctly. It's seems to be their standard message when the site is unavailable for some reason. If you stay logged in, the site will either be very slow or parts of it unavailable, but at least you'll know it's not you doing anything wrong!
The site seems OK now. I've just done the few sponsored polls they have on there anyway.0 -
I have been a member of toluna for years, then suddenly the invites stopped, their service had become really slow and i was waiting for one lot of vouchers and almost reached the point of converting more when this happened.
I emailed them last week to see what was going on as i am in the process of chasing and converting all my survey points for spending at xmas, something i have done for years, they say i have been banned for irregular activity, when questioned further it is because i filled in the surveys too quickly for them and they believe i wasn't reading the questions properly!!!
has anyone else had this happen? I believe they owe me £20!!Owner of a cute cottage in the North York Moors :j0 -
You should chase them for the points vouchers they owe you!0

I have not had points added now for 2 weeks, I hope they add them asap.Jan Wins: .0

By my reckoning, they seem to add the points about two months after you've originally taken the survey - that is, the surveys they send to you and (mostly) those you take online. All the sponsored survey points are added immediately.0

Not been able to get into my points account last couple of days. Anyone else having problems? It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

No problems here.
Good luck0 -
Points have been VERY SLOW being added over the last few weeks, This is because xmas is coming up and people are all rushing to redeem there points. This happens everytime before xmas on this site.Jan Wins: .0
