I have used Toluna for a long time but recently noticed my points being reduced monthly and by massive amounts. I am a regular user and when I checked my points list there are about 25+ surveys that say 'pending' and which go back months on my account. Fairly sure that I'd be able to convert to a voucher if they were all awarded. How long do surveys stay open generally? More than a few months seems a bit wrong to me.0

Have done several surveys recently directly from the Home page. They have completed, and I've added the code at the end. Yet they haven't reached the 'Hurrah, you've finished' page.
When checking my points, pending hasn't been added, just Prize draw entry. It's really annoying, has anyone else found this?0 -

All the time! I don't do any surveys from the Home page where there isn't a survey number that I can't get a screenshot of. I keep two screenshots; one of the invitation and one of its completion, so I have evidence to give to Toluna when the points don't get added to my account. I've found it's the only way with this lot! I've got a special 'Toluna' folder with all my invites and completions in; all numbered and dated!
(NB I don't do any surveys that pay a pittance for great long ones either. I think you have to pick and choose your surveys.)0 -
Thanks for replying.
I've always kept survey invitations and only delete when the points have been added to the account. With surveys taken from the Home page, I've just checked points to see that they're entered.
I know there have always been odd surveys which had Prize Draw listed, instead of pending. But lately this seems to be the norm!
Might take your advice and keep screen shots of surveys started and finished, but it makes you wonder whether it's worthwhile for the rewards on offer.0 -
Yes I know it does and I agree. That's the reason why I'm quitting Toluna just as soon as I've applied for and received, my next voucher. I'm not even asking for a Love To Shop Voucher like I usually do, but an Amazon one, which hopefully I won't have to wait so long for. Toluna sucks! Not only do they keep you waiting months for your points, but even more months on top of that for your hard-earned voucher too! :mad:0

Tends to be 6 weeks for an Amazon voucher, though how it takes so long when it's an E-voucher I don't know... even VO are quicker than that.£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

Amazon E-vouchers are between 4 and 5 weeks at the moment. It's slightly annoying that they don't send you an email when they are available, you just have to keep checking on your rewards page.0 -
There's really no excuse for that at all! Every other survey company sends them almost immediately after you apply for them!0
