2023 wins - zilch, nada, big fat duck. quack quack,
  • I logged in to my account yesterday to see that my points balance had magically jumped from 40,000ish to over 80,000, seemingly from only one survey!

Needless to say I instantly redeeemed them for an Amazon voucher. I won't get it in time for Christmas shopping but reckon with Toluna it's best to strike while the iron's hot.

I do have lots of complaints about Toluna but, really, for something I only do in my lunch breaks and occasionally at the weekends, to have picked up £90 worth of Amazon vouchers in the last year is pretty good going.

Nothing! That's just Toluna I think. I probably manage to only complete maybe 1 in 15 surveys.

I've also had lots of points added, most of August surveys now paid, and have ordered a voucher.

I wouldn't leave too many points in your account.

    I always order 4 £30 deb vouchers :)

All the time! I don't do any surveys from the Home page where there isn't a survey number that I can't get a screenshot of. I keep two screenshots; one of the invitation and one of its completion, so I have evidence to give to Toluna when the points don't get added to my account. I've found it's the only way with this lot! I've got a special 'Toluna' folder with all my invites and completions in; all numbered and dated!
(NB I don't do any surveys that pay a pittance for great long ones either. I think you have to pick and choose your surveys.) ;)
I also refuse to do long surveys for small amounts of points, the more of us that adopt this attitude the better chance of them improving the points on offer. I've even occasionally terminated a survey partway through if it looks like its going to be way longer than the stated time and is not worth the points.

I like Toluna for the high number of surveys available but dislike them for the comparatively poor pay and the long wait for rewards. Some panels do instant Amazon vouchers, some send them within a week, why does it take Toluna up to 8 weeks to send an electronic voucher? I had enough points today to order another Amazon voucher, this time the confirmation email said "4-6 weeks" so I really hope they are getting faster with it as 8 weeks is ridiculous - that is longer than any other survey panel I am a member of.

I get screened out of most of the surveys I am sent. Despite the fact that we all completed numerous profiles for them, Toluna appear to have adopted a "throw everything at it and some of it will stick" attitude to surveys. No other panel I belong to sends me so many surveys that I get screened out of, its just laziness on their part in my opinion.
