Toluna vouchers are coming though a bit quicker then they used to do (4/5 weeks instead of 8), but the points from surveys are taking ages to be given into the account.
I've just had points added from a survey I completed at the beginning of June! Three months ago! Supposed to take six weeks max!0 -
I have been a member of Toluna since Feburary, but didn't really use it much until April/May. I redeemed my points for an Amazon voucher on 6th July and again today(after being stuck in the mid-high 70's for about 2 weeks!), but still haven't recieved my first voucher yet. Has anyone had to wait this long for a voucher recently? A bit worried, after I noticed Kite2010 say they'd recieved theirs after 4/5 weeks.
Just a random thought - you're not expecting anything through the post are you? The Amazon vouchers take the form of e-vouchers which appear (without warning) on the "Your Rewards" page (under "Your Account"). I had a voucher showing up yesterday which I'd applied for on 6th August. So maybe check on your rewards page and then drop them an email if there's nothing there? HTH0 -

Thanks for your reply. When I redeemed my points yesterday I noticed that they mentioned I would be sent an e-voucher. I don't remember that being mentioned when I redeemed in July so that was what caused the confusion. Have now checked my account and found my first e-voucher, which was processed on 31st July. Thanks very much for your help!0 -
Only about 200 points away from a Debenhams Voucher so as soon as I can rack up those points I'm offski. It used to be a good little site but now it just seems a lot of work for very little reward. Sick of getting to 90% in surveys then being booted out. Also points rewarded for time spent seems to be getting stingier and stingierEveryone has a dark side... apparently mine is called Harold?!? :huh:0

Very few sponsored polls too and they used to be a nice little points booster. It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

Today I visited Pure Profile for the first time in ages, and the 2 surveys I was offered were both from Toluna. I got kicked out of both, as usual, but because I was on the Pure Profile site and not Toluna I got rewarded for trying. Only 5p each, but it's 10p to my balance and every little helps! On Toluna I would have got another prize draw entry, if that!0

Surveys aren't all that regular so they don't harrass you like Toluna do, but you do get at least 5p for every survey, it's credited instantly and you can cash out once you reach £10. I normally save my funds till towards the end of the year and give myself a little Christmas treat!0 -

I'm pretty sure its £25 to cash out as I'm at £23 and getting quite frustrated (although to be fair to them I'm getting the same number of surveys am just impatient!). But they are reliable, and its nice to get the 5p for screening out instead of the nothing most of them give us.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I agree, £25 to cash out. Pay quite quickly too.0
