Is anyone waiting for Love to shop vouchers being posted out? I started ordering them because they tended to come faster than waiting for Amazon vouchers but its way past the eight week mark and it's still 'processing'

Still waiting too. Six weeks for me. Quite usual for Toluna tho. I reckon they send 'em out at certain times (probably every few months) and if you just miss one of those times, you have to wait a very long time for the next batch to be sent. As long as it's still showing as processing tho, you're safe. :rotfl:

iv ordered a £10 odeon voucher from them use the last points i have lets see how long it takes to get here!

I've had a reply back from Toluna,

Unfortunately, there is a delay with the Love to Shop vouchers. This is the reason they are still processing. We apologise for the inconvenience and are trying are best to get them to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and we hope that you continue to enjoy Toluna.

Yeah, well, we've heard that excuse many times before haven't we? It just means Toluna are a bit hard up at the moment and are delaying applying for and sending out all vouchers! They'll say the same thing about every single reward they offer if people enquire. I mean, why is there always a delay with e-vouchers like Amazon then?

I've been waiting more than eight weeks for my Love To Shop Voucher also. Still says 'Processing' in the rewards section of my points account, so at least I know it hasn't been lost in the Post or anything. If they ever get around to crediting all my owed points, I'll have enough for another voucher! :shocked:

I have written to them twice about two surveys I have fully completed (with screenshots of their completions which I've sent to them) because I only got 'Prize Draw Entries' for them! They were for 3,000 and 2,400 points respectively (a lot of points to lose) but apart from the usual platitudes about waiting a few weeks, in spite of writing to them again when nothing happens, they just don't bother to reply again! :mad:

Can anyone help?

I've had some surveys literally disappear wihtout being credited and quite a few have been given prize draw entries instead of points. I've done a dozen surveys since the start of August but have been stuck on about 66000 points since June though I've managed to up it with a few sponsered 15 point surveys.

I've emailed Toluna several times and just got standard responses. Am I ever going to get the points or shall I just give up? Once i've managed to get an amazon voucher if that ever happens that's it for me. I'd rather put the time into other survey sites taht actually award points in good time
