    Thanks for your reply.

    Have sent an email again about these vouchers and asked whether I could order something else if they were having difficulties.

    As you say - this is not on.

    Will see what excuses they come up with this time.

    I also wrote to them again and got the usual patronising reply telling me what I already knew and had told them in my query; that my voucher was processed on 22nd December and that I would 'Receive it soon'! I wrote straight back asking just when the vouchers were posted, as they must have some idea, so that I would be able to roughly gauge when to expect mine. Today I got a reply asking me to 'Edit' my first query; basically they wanted me to confirm my postal address, so that they could "Contact their partner and investigate the issue further." (Their words.)
    Now...this sounds as though Toluna is leaving the distribution of their vouchers to someone else, so that as soon as they give the go-ahead to this 'Partner' to send out the vouchers, they then mark our rewards as 'Processed'! If this is the case, then we'll have to wait even longer for our vouchers; to be sent at their 'Partner's' leisure! They're probably crooks too!
    I am hopping mad about this. Is there anything we can do? :mad:

    Gemini - our Tesco voucher order dates and when they were supposedly processed by Toluna are very similar.

    A while ago I'm sure that they started asking their partners at a Liverpool address to send out vouchers. Not sure whether this still stands though.

    Often when vouchers are late turning up they insist that members contact their postal sorting office and ensure that they're not there. If they are asking for your address again, it makes me think that they haven't been posted yet.

    In Toluna's terms 'processed' means passing the buck somewhere else!

    Apart from keep emailing them I don't see what else we can do.

    These days I don't complete many Toluna surveys, only if they are worth a reasonable number of points, and don't take long.

    When I have enough points for my next reward I will quit doing any surveys with them.

    They show no respect for panel members who make their money!

    Right in every respect Libra, except that mine was ordered on 21st August.
    Like you, I haven't done any more surveys for Toluna and won't until I receive this and the second voucher I ordered in November. After that (if it ever happens) I'll just do enough to order a third, because I have accumulated quite a lot more points whilst waiting and don't want to lose them. After that I shall resign.
    I have just resigned from My survey because I am sick and tired of their attitude in allowing people to complete so much of their surveys before screening them out! Not even nominal points! Just one of their very iffy 'Prize draw entries'! I'm getting very tired of far too often long, very boring and repetitive surveys anyway! I've been doing surveys for years but now I guess I'm just disillusioned! :(

    I agree Gemini, it can become very monotonous answering similar questions every day.

    These companies already have their members' profiles and there should be no need to ask all the demographics at the beginning of each survey.

    Hope we soon receive these elusive vouchers.
  • I ordered my Tesco voucher in July and got it 2 weeks ago, I've sent them 5 emails in total, once I have enough points for a second voucher as I've saved up quite a few i'll be leaving, I hope you all get your vouchers soon

    I'm waiting for a Sainsburys voucher that I ordered mid-November, I suppose 7-8 weeks isn't that long in Toluna terms :P
