Well, I'm afraid it is true that, to make as little as £3 an hour, you would have to do 22 of the 15-point ones a minute. I can't see more than about 10 or 12 being possible with a website as slow as ToLuna!

I can do as i please at work so long as my 'work' is done. I don't see toluna as a big profit. I have a multitude of windows open, refresh and spend seconds hitting a few boxes on a number of sites. Might as well instead of doing nothing.:oI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
I still haven't been getting any emails from them at all for a couple of months now, so I've just been doing the 'high value' sponsored polls like Sarah, although I'm not doing them on my boss' time its my own and usually a window open while I've no other more productive surveys on the go or am not busy doing other things, it doesn't cost me anything other than time and I'd only be sitting wasting that anyway. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

You should be careful about doing that. Writing and telling them not to send any more surveys I mean. I did that (telling them why of course - not getting points for them credited and all that) and a few weeks later I found my account had been cancelled! I queried it and now it's been re-instated but it took them ages. I just do the sponsored polls now. The rest are just not worth it!

Just a point of note for everyone. I’ve been tracking all of the big surveys that I have completed with Toluna, detailing the date completed, the points that were to be awarded and the ID of the Survey. I have got lists of surveys going back to June 10 that I have not received points for, with around 50000 points missing.
I e-mailed them to challenge them about this and they have now come back and said:
‘Unfortunately, according to our database, you do not appear in the list of the participants who took the following surveys ………………….. therefore we kindly ask you to provide us a screenshot from your account where the details regarding this project are displayed so that we may further determine the issue.’
So despite me keeping records, it now appears that I will also need to keep screenshots of the confirmation of survey completion because it appears that they may be having problems with their database tracking.0 -
hmmm, today i completed a survey for 5000 points and it got to the "final" questions for classification - after 20 minutes - and it came up that i wasnt part of the target group. if this doesnt appear in my points then they are really taking the michael.2023 wins - zilch, nada, big fat duck. quack quack,0

Good Lord! B**ger that! How much more do they expect people to do to earn their rotten 'Rewards'? They seem to want blood! Besides, even if you do take a screenshot of the final completed page, there is no note of the survey number and very rarely any mention of the points earned either! It often says something like "Your points will be added as soon as the survey closes" or it just ends with nothing; just telling you to close your browser. So where is the proof in that?

Excellent, can I ask when did you order it?
Both myself and mother-in-law have had some on order (still saying processing) for a wee while now ... actually from when they were merging and the points deducted states 79995, I appreciate that Toluna are slow in sending them out but was wondering if we would get them as it was during the swap over.0 -
I don't understand why some surveys are in points and some money value. Could somebody explain?
Got a survey that rewarded £6.50. At the end i agreed to do a second pard survey and it timed out. I wounder if my money will be paid. I think not lolI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0
