Its actually the computer you use at work.
Who is going to risk their job downloading some spyware style program? Not to mention most computer networks if the IT persons done it right wouldn't even let it download in the first place.
If I were you, do it on pc in an internet cafe and say it's your work station. It's not as if Toluna behave themselves well  In fact I'm pretty sure what you answer does not matter, all they need is survey filled up, they don't care. Sometimes they send out the same survey you've already completed again because they didn't fill the quota.
Money is not the root of all evil.
It depends on how you obtain it and how you use it.

Have you sold your soul to the devil?

They have a post on their blog about it, they said that points are safe just a glich on the system, or you haven't logged in for a really long time and your points are cancelled. not sure if its 6 months or 1 yr before they delete your points.

I`ve definately logged in in the last 6 months. Hope they can get me my points back :o

I have had the exact same 'standard reply' to my emails about survey points not credited

I started keeping lists of surveys I'd completed with Toluna after reading that they make mistakes in crediting points. I found a significant number either did not get credited or a lower amount of points were credited than promised, funny how the errors always gave less points rather than more ;). I didn't keep track for years before this, and wonder how many surveys I never received payment for.

It took months before I got a reply but the good news for me is that they did at least credit the points without demanding screenshots unlike some unfortunate posters on this thread. Who would take a screenshot, what next - the DNA from our tears of frustration?! Now they are mostly sending emails inviting us to the survey centre before we even get to find out what the survey and points are we won't even have the saved email with the details anymore.

Since they've merged with Ciao they are much worse, but this doesn't surprise me - I gave up on Ciao years ago when they started offering 10p a survey :rotfl:.
  • I tried toluna sorry to say but it didnt work for me i tried 100s of surveys and only a few would let me complete them and then they didnt pay up with the points. Clicking on the voting only gets you a few points per day and it would take years to save up the 60000 points you need at that rate.

  • So many complaints on toluna about the points and surveys, I hope they hurry up and sort the mess out and credit all points owing to members.
