I definitely have an opinion on these survey routers.
What are Toluna playing at?I have commented on your opinion. I to am annoyed with them for many reasons. 1. They start without you wanting them only to say you not qualify or done the survey already. 2. There is no ID code or points award so they could pay you almost nothing. 3 if there is a problem you have no proof you completed the survey or how much the survey should be worth. How are we to provide screenshots as toluna have ask other members to provide.
I know. Thanks for filling it in guys. Don't care about the points but nice that so many people agree. Had 18 opinions. yay me, i'm not the only one :-)

Just sent them a snotty email about these redirected links. I had 41 quick polls, 30 redirected, 28 surveys didn't qualify for or already completed weeks ago.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

Does anyone have to knowhow to find their telephone number???
I assume as a registered business it has to be public?I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Another winge, The new points page makes it hard to find which survey they have just credited, and the select dates boxes don't work very well it at all.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

I'm glad it's not just me - I can't get that date selection thing to work at all! It's useless, at first I thought it was just wrong on my account or my browser, but I tried it elsewhere and it's really wonky. Half the time the boxes go totally blank. If I eventually get the pop up calendar to appear, then when I finally get to select a date it puts it in backwards - e.g. it'll say today's date as 22/09/2010 - UK style - but if I selected it off the calendar it'd put it in as 09/22/2010 and then wouldn't find anything as there isn't a 22nd month... or sometimes it puts the year in as 2011 even though I selected 2010! You can't type the dates in manually as it just wipes the boxes...
If i thought they'd pay any attention, I'd email them about that too - because if I get any surveys credited that I did longer ago than one month (the default view), I wouldn't be able to go and look them up to see what they were, as I can't select the flipping dates properly. I have to write down how many points I have when I log out, and how many I have next time I log in - that way I can tell if I'd have survey points added overnight (...nope!) but even if I did, I wouldn't be able to tell which surveys were added.0 -

Just posted on this. Couldn't agree more with all the comments! I spent a long time looking at and commenting on a lot of the other complaints about Toluna the other night as well. However, all these complaints don't seem to be having much effect on their disgusting behaviour towards their members at all!

Been having a browse around the opinions on Toluna just now, got my hopes up again as people have been saying they've been getting points added over the past couple of days but when I check my account still nothing. How come some people are getting them but others aren't - or is it only me left waiting now?
