It's all over Toluna, I went on earlier and there are tons of topics/polls created by the members about it. It's why loads of people have got stop signs as their profile pics apparently.0 -
The STOP campaign originally started in Italy and has now spread to all countries.
The STOP complaints day was organised today to get Toluna to listen to its members, there are numerous matters we want addressing by Toluna.0 -

Great to see so many members from all over the world taking part, well done Wavy on your hard work on topics today as well. :T:T:T:T:T:T0 -
Just a point of note for everyone. I’ve been tracking all of the big surveys that I have completed with Toluna, detailing the date completed, the points that were to be awarded and the ID of the Survey. I have got lists of surveys going back to June 10 that I have not received points for, with around 50000 points missing.
I e-mailed them to challenge them about this and they have now come back and said:
‘Unfortunately, according to our database, you do not appear in the list of the participants who took the following surveys ………………….. therefore we kindly ask you to provide us a screenshot from your account where the details regarding this project are displayed so that we may further determine the issue.’
So despite me keeping records, it now appears that I will also need to keep screenshots of the confirmation of survey completion because it appears that they may be having problems with their database tracking.0 -

It's a great idea BUT Toluna already networks with site such as Pureprofile and GMI so if no one did surveys from Toluna invites, Toluna will still get their survey answered via other channel. I don't know if it affects Toluna's income though as they have to payout the third parties rather than giving out their own points.

Who is going to risk their job downloading some spyware style program? Not to mention most computer networks if the IT persons done it right wouldn't even let it download in the first place.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -

They have a post on their blog about it, they said that points are safe just a glich on the system, or you haven't logged in for a really long time and your points are cancelled. not sure if its 6 months or 1 yr before they delete your points.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
The best way I've found to get e-mails answered was to send the same e-mail to many different departments within Toluna. So when you send it through their site, select each option in turn and then send.
I think it kind of pees them off, but it does get you noticed and gets a response.0
