Got a survey that rewarded £6.50. At the end i agreed to do a second pard survey and it timed out. I wounder if my money will be paid. I think not lol

You won't get paid even if you complete a survey so why should you?

Looking at your quote I would read it simply that they are asking you to screenshot the very view where you are saying the survey rewards are NOT showing! In other words they are saying if they are not on there then they don't exist!
When you tell them of the survey details for which you are missing the rewards and they don't accept that, then there is not a lot more you can do.
As I mentioned before, some surveys seem to mention a trade body by whose rules their surveys abide. Perhaps we should each find that trade body and contact them about Toluna.

I have been doing surveys for a while now and am repeatedly frustrated by problems including rejections and surveys which fail at the very last question (surprisingly!), across many survey companies. I do stilll email them to complain, but I have come to accept that nothing much will come of it. I earn a few bob across the board and I am happy with that.

It seems the site is a right mess at this time, Every other thread is someone moaning about the site and not getting points. People have started adding a stop picture has there picture.

Thanks for that. I read it that I needed to provide a screen shot of the confirmation that I had completed the survey. I can send them all the original e-mails inviting me to complete it, but the only confirmation that I had done so would be a screen shot of the end confirming so.

This was the problem. When I completed a survey and it said so, I then entered the details on my database. But later when I checked on my Toluna points account, nothing was raised for that Survey, even after waiting for several weeks for any details to filter through.

I know I completed the surveys because they said so at the end, but for some reason they then never registered on the Toluna database.

Of the 50000 I’m missing, I think we’ve managed to account for about 25000 with Toluna. But that still leaves the remaining 25000 unaccounted for with no way of getting them back from Toluna.

I kinda regret registering with them as well as Global Market, I did surveys, didnt get the points. Which good survey site do you guys do?

My personal favs are:
Valued Opinions
Opinion World
Reward Opinions

They send the most regular and well paid. Others are good but not so frequent for myself. It depends who you are as to how many you get

If anyone is bothered, it's the "Stop Campaign" day at Toluna right now... everyone's posting a topic or poll complaining about how rubbish Toluna are, the idea seemingly being to clog the site up with complaints and hope Toluna take more notice than they do to emails etc. I've not done any yet but might do later - might not achieve anything but worth a try I suppose.
