All the survey invitations from Toluna that I have received are for points. Caio used to do surveys for monetary value, but now incorporated with Toluna, they are all for points to be added to account.
I get both points and money. How odd.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
I'm glad I wasn't with Ciao - sounds like they're making a right hash of merging!
Still waiting for my points... when was the last time anyone on here had a reply to an email that you've sent to Toluna? I really do think they've completely stopped reading emails - they must be getting so many complaints they probably can't cope.0 -

I had an email this morning saying my toluna and ciao account did not merge and this was being passed to ITI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
My brother received two emails today regarding his overdue voucher. One said that they were aware that it was overdue and offered apologies. The second one said that it was sent 11th August. Typical of Toluna: @rse... elbow... map... couldn't find...etc. He has emailed them, again.To see a world in a grain of sand,

I think you're right. I got a reply to an e-mail I wrote to them months ago, with a snide answer to some query that had been resolved! I don't get answers to e-mails about my thousands of missing points though! I wonder why? :mad:

I haven't received a reply from Toluna for a couple or months or so. They have never replied when I've used their new contact system.0

I am still waiting for vouchers from june. e mailed umpteen times all i hear from them is my case is resolved. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrTitch0

They're a shambles aren't they? I did a product test and have just clicked through to the feedback survey, which arrived in my inbox this morning, only to be told "The maximum number of participants from your group have already entered this survey". What a waste of everyones time!
I keep thinking I should leave but am halfway to the next voucher - they get you like that, don't they?0 -
I'm also half way to another voucher, and will stick it out only until then.
This time I'm paying more attention and when I have enough points pending to bring me up to 80,000 I'll stop doing surveys and leave my account open until they all credit and I can get my last voucher - however long that take I don't know.0
