I sent a message through their site & got this reply.
Dear Member,
Thank you for your email.
We inform you that the Amazon voucher that you ordered on July 29th, 2010 is still being processed as the order to the supplier has not been made yet. We are aware that this is over the suggested 8 weeks delay and we hope that you will accept our sincere apologies.
We fully understand that you work hard to earn your vouchers and we assure you that we will be dispatching all outstanding vouchers as soon as we possibly can. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope that you enjoy spending your voucher once received.
Kind regards,
Ann Dane

OMG the order to the supplier has not been made yet  for my voucher on the 29th of JULY!!!! :mad:This Post Has Been Sponsored ByChocolate0 -
Yup about 75p, you need to do the maths to work out your Toluna points real money value. I made a little chart to remind myself, if 80,000 = £15.00, then 40,000 = £7.50 and so on all the way down to 500 points being approx 9p.
I do think quite a few new unaware users don't quite understand exactly what the incentives are actually worth, and unknowingly do long surveys for pennies. The cynic in me thinks Toluna use an unclear points system exactly for that reason.
Seems like a lot of effort for very little reward? Toluna is very profitable - “it made over £6 million in the first half of 2010. It's making £1 million a month." Good for them - but it's clear who is getting the best end of this deal!"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."

That figure is quite sickening when you think about the hassle of checking points have been credited (I still have one outstanding from June) and then waiting weeks/months for the vouchers. Let alone the fact that most surveys are only worth pennies when you do the maths.
Once I get my next voucher (not holding my breath) that's me finished with them.0 -
Has anyone been promoted today or had any points added?Jan Wins: .0

Well the good news is I have a survey credited from 24th September which is much faster than it had been, also every survey I have done but not yet been credited with is at least showing with 'project open' which shows it is at least logged. I have been taking survey completion screenshots just in case though.
The less good news is the points they've agreed they owe me from May and promised to credit at the end of September have not yet done so.0 -
I have just had the discussion panel 53330 points added so thats £60 worth of vouchers ordered within last 7 weeks
I have now sent off the 50 surveys from their August bonanza for the outstanding surveys and missing bonus points. Thats at least another 50k of points.
The calendar is totally messed up, it thinks its January 10th nowSurvey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -

When would be the best time to claim amazon vouchers to get them in time for xmas? I have enough points now but I don't want it to be there tempting me for a month before I get them, and can't remember how much time the last one took to come.0
