I didn't know you could get promoted but I don't do the opinion side of the site, I'm guessing it's to do with that when you say be active?0

My log in details show that I live in America (which I dont) and my rewards page only shows US vouchers. I have written to them many times, but just keep getting holding emails. I am saving up for Amazon vouchers to buy my sister a moses basket, but am running out of time. I cannot change any of my details myself. Does anyone on here know of a managers email address, or of a regulatory body that I can write to. This has been going on now for at least 4 months and I'm getting quite frustrated.0

Hi
A response to my email:
Dear Member,
Thank you for your e-mail, unfortunately at the moment we are having fairly serious issues with the E-vouchers making it impossible for us to send any. This is what is causing the delays and problems with this service, there is going to be a blog post made in the next week or so updating you all about the progress we are making in this area. We're ever so sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience while we resolve this problem. The service will be fixed shortly and any outstanding vouchers since the end of June will be sent.
Once again we are very sorry for the delays and will update the blog soon with more information. We look forward to seeing you on the site soon.
Best regards,
Toluna Support Team
Will I ever receive my voucher.....

Thanks for that, I've always been a bit suspicious of the opinion side of Toluna because I can't figure out why they want to pay people for writing opinions? What's in it for them? I can understand why reviewers on Ciao or Dooyoo get paid because they are about consumer products so there will be money via advertising.
Perhaps I'm missing the point (or several thousand Toluna points) but I just don't get it.
