I had my love to shop vouchers within a month. Alot quicker than i was expecting,last time it took 3 months.

I have a feeling they have caught up with 99% of the vouchers before adding the points. I bet there is a BIG rush in redeeming points today lol.

If you click the drop down arrow to the right of the 'From' date a box will appear with a calendar, underneath the month there are a double forward and back arrow to get the month you want - then make sure you select the day and month as the same number (so for Jan it would be 1st of the 1st). It should work if you do this, although it's a faff.

The year also has double arrows, and seems to go back centuries - hopefully no one has been waiting that long for their points.

Think you might be right, I just got 11,000 credited - they had said it would be by the end of September, so not too badly late by their (recent) standard.

I just logged into Toluna & ive got three Amazon vouchers pending Ive got the code for the longest one which was redeemed on the 29/07/10. AND all my outstanding surveys ive done since they have come up at the bottom of the points list. WOW

Just checked how long it took for my voucher to arrive

I sent off for an Amazon voucher on 13/07/2010
and got it on... 11/08/2010

I wonder why mine came faster than everyone elses :S It was the first one I had off of them, maybe that's why...

Now my account from ciao has finally been migrated to toluna I can finally log into their site. Disappointed that they don't offer cash (via paypal) like ciao used to. And surely going for an Amazon voucher should be instant as its electronic and not sent through the post??
I have about 31 surveys from ciao still pending payment- one dates back to May!! I wonder if they will all be credited??

Are Amazon vouchers electronic codes or do they post it ?

Amazon vouchers are e-vouchers. I have no idea why it takes 8 plus weeks to send an email?
