Now my account from ciao has finally been migrated to toluna I can finally log into their site. Disappointed that they don't offer cash (via paypal) like ciao used to. :( And surely going for an Amazon voucher should be instant as its electronic and not sent through the post??
I have about 31 surveys from ciao still pending payment- one dates back to May!! I wonder if they will all be credited??

Amazon take 8 weeks + same as post vouchers. so don't hope they are the same as the other survey sites that are instant.

If you click the drop down arrow to the right of the 'From' date a box will appear with a calendar, underneath the month there are a double forward and back arrow to get the month you want - then make sure you select the day and month as the same number (so for Jan it would be 1st of the 1st). It should work if you do this, although it's a faff.

The year also has double arrows, and seems to go back centuries - hopefully no one has been waiting that long for their points. :o

When I click on the calender it says the date is 10th June and you can't move forward. so I think I will have to wait till the 8th to look at august :D and back is before the surveys that toluna forgot.

I usually just type in the box the date I want to search from. I don't use the calendar and it usually works.

I've noticed that if you into your points screen and scroll down to where it says "Survey History". Then if you have IE8 do a search for "Project Open" and it will tell you the surveys you are waiting points for and how many you are waiting for.

Thanks for that Foxy. I didn't know you could do that. Through Google - right? The drop-down arrow that says 'Find on this page'?

    OMG

Further to my post about getting one of my Amazon vouchers & all the survey points since they have been aperaring at the botton of the points list, I did a survey for them today & it showed up as project open as it usually does. Just logged in & they have already added the points.

    Now thats a miracle!!!

It seems my Ciao account has finally been 'migrated' to Toluna but the cash that I'd earned - and which I used to have paid in cash - has disappeared to be replaced by points in which I have no interest. It also seems you have to have around 80,000 before you can get any sort of voucher. Prebviously once my cash toital has reached £5 or more I could get it paid by PayPal. How can they keep sending survey invitations to complete for a cash incentive, which I'm still receiving, and then not have a system in place to actually pay you in cash?
Can anyone throw any light on this please?
    Thanks.
  • I have heard a few rumours that Toluna are planning to introduce a Paypal option in the future. It'll be rubbish, just like their voucher system.

I finally got logged in today and found I had about 85,000 pts instead of about £14 in cash which I thought was probably ok as I could order a £15 Amazon voucher which I am quite happy with. Reading everyone elses comments though I realise it could take a while. Ciao took ages to send cash too though.
