Woohoo progress!! I've received my oldest requested voucher, and am now getting survey points awarded from around mid-August onwards. I'm in shock!

I'm still missing points for all surveys I took between mid July and mid August, looks like there's some kind of problem with those dates (during the merge?) so I emailed the addresses mentioned a few posts ago - did anyone get a reply from those addresses? And I'm still waiting for my more recently requested vouchers which are also overdue but at least it looks like things are moving in the right direction again.

Still can't do the foreign poll questions anymore though, boo

Similar to thriftymac, I've had some points added.

Received email in response to my email to one of the addresses posted higher in the thread. Some survey points are still being looked into and they admit to problems during the merge. Some surveys they say I was timed out, but I don't keep copies of surveys not completed.

At least they are now responding and members are at last, receiving some points.

I have just sent a veryyyyyy long email to James Rogers Email, which pretty much talks about some of the issues we have all experienced. Hopefully I get a reply and spurs them forward to make some changes and to understand the concerns their members have.

I quite like doing the surveys, but I have a major issue with the amount of emails I get sent. I can't seem to find a way to control how many surveys invitations they send me, my inbox gets full of them every day!

There is only an option which says "I wish to participate in Surveys" yes or no. But then if you select no you can't do anything at all.

make a gmail account and use it for toluna only. That if you use gmail manager on firefox you can auto login when you want and do the surveys you want easy.

Recently my Amazon vouchers have had over 3 years expiry code on them, in the past it had been much shorter (one actually worked out at 6 months by the time they finally issued it). So that's one thing they've improved, at least.

I just managed to get on there now first time today & I looked at the out standing vouchers & ive got the next longest one which was redeemed on 16/08 YIPPPPPPPEEEEEEE
