I got 6 too there is no magic way, its doing the quick polls, doing all surveys they send and making sure you have evidence when you complain to them

I did also have a £10 and a £2.50 discussion poll too this last month

I usually get 1 voucher a month, just recently a little special which I think also helps with the new system of 24hr ish rewarding of points.

Yes that is what I did too, I also had two online discussions; one for £10 and the other for £5. They added the points for those within a week as well. Better than the 6 months one discussion took to get my points added.

I wonder if those email addresses got inundated after being printed on these pages Thriftymanc? ;)

I'm finding Toluna still very patchy, most of the (few) surveys I've been eligible for have credited within days but for some reason not the 4,000 point ones (that's only 75p so hardly a fortune). I've had two error pages well into surveys, both reported, one got a reply within 2 days promising compensatory points (not credited yet). The 2nd complaint has not yet received a reply but I do have a case number and I was also able to forward the error page screenshot as there is a file upload option now, so the complaint procedure seems improved.

I'm still getting sent far too many irrelevant surveys despite my profile being up to date, the last 9 sent I wasn't eligible for. The good news is they were all reasonably fast screen-outs, no more than a minute each - I am keeping records on this now because of past bad experiences.
  • Did you send end of survey screenshots to them Thriftymanc? I'm pleased they have the file upload option in the complaint section now, makes complaining easier at least. It's pretty poor we have to go around providing screenshot evidence though.

Today the site is not working well for me, 3 surveys gave me a 'server busy' message - all of them 'surveyrouter' ones, one done via GFK worked fine but I notice has not been logged in my points when normally surveys have instantly registered as 'project open'. Still, I have my screenshot (all this effort for 500 points :rotfl:).

If I ever reach 80,000 points I'll leave.

I must have missed this - what is the new e-mail address then please?

I've actually had one survey credited now since kicking up a fuss, and I seem to be getting quick replies now that I know which address to email, so I'm going to keep pestering them until I get them all. I shouldn't have to prove that I took a survey months ago, they should have to prove I didn't do it! ;)

I quite agree, especially since this thread seems to have proven your experience is not an isolated incident, maladministration seems to be common place. I've only started taking screenshots since reading this thread, and think that they should make it very clear on their website that it is advised that members do this in the event of a dispute.

I've just whacked off another screenshot for them today as another survey has failed to appear in my points, I haven't received a reply from the last complaint yet. If you want to tip us off about the email address which deigns to reply then , but I'll quite understand if you don't want to open the floodgates ;).

    Generally receive pretty swift response.

    Good luck.

The address that contacted me is panelsupport@ciao-surveys.com - I replied to that and they replied quickly, so I guess this is what they use now.

I know a lot of poeple had points go missing when they merged and updated the website, but has anyone had their points recredited?

I've sent numerous emails, but to date have had no response. Any ideas what to do next?

Thanks Thrifty and also Libra. I'll use those to try and get all my owed points credited, but I don't hold out much hope. Once my latest voucher is delivered I am definitely resigning! There are far better (and more generous, not to say definitely more competent) survey companies out there! :(
