What happens is you forget about it, then one day you get an email and think wow i have £15 amazon voucher. :D

only a lower case wow because its not that exciting

I've only done a few surveys so didnt think i'd have many points, logged on and i have 87,000!! how the f&*% lol

£15 voucher winging its way to me.

How long does it take for the vouchers to come? I want to team it up with the £5 off in Debenhams too

8 -12 weeks so winging is rather optimistic

I've just checked and I ordered £30 of Amazon e-vouchers from Toluna on 6th Sept and my order is still "Processing". Unbelievable. I thought I'd cash in for Christmas early as I remember my last vouchers took an age to get to me but maybe they still won't get to me in time!! Just ordered £30 from Valued Opinions and they were through within seconds - why do Toluna take so long when other sites can do it immediately??

You should get them before xmas, I hope i get my love2shop £30 before xmas if not i am ok with it. I remember last year people who had redeemed for vouchers at October never got them till after xmas and they were moaning there xmas was ruined.

I'm not getting any further forward either, apart from one reply on 5th October about a faulty survey promising compensatory points for a survey which was for 1800, which is less than 30p!! I haven't even got those yet.

I have two more logged complaints about faulty end of surveys with screenshots sent but as yet have had no response.

I was hopeful things had improved at the beginning of Oct, for a while surveys did credit within 24 hours as promised but now they are taking much longer again. It's going to take an age to reach 80,000 at this rate.

For all those who are asking why Toluna take months to issue a voucher code, I can only agree it's poor. I used to wonder if they had solvency problems but they made over 6 million in profit the first 6 months of this year:

    http://www.reuters.com/article/idUKSGE68F08Z20100916?type=companyNews

Why they cannot organise themselves to get low value vouchers reasonably quickly to the people who have earned them and who have helped them make this huge profit is beyond me.
  • I eventually got an e-mail from the new contact e-mail addresses for Toluna ad Caio, promising me 5,000 compensatory points ".....For all the inconvenience and frustration I have suffered.....etc. etc." in having to chase up all of the missing points for surveys I have taken and not got the points for. They said my account would be credited within a few days, yet here I am over a week later, with no sign of the compensation points! :( Why am I not surprised?
I've not done any more of their surveys, or quick polls for ages now and when my last voucher comes - when - I'm definitely off. I know I've said it before, but always found myself, whilst waiting for vouchers, starting to build up points again and thinking "Well I'll just go for the next 80,000!" Well - not this time! I've had it with them now!

  • Does anyone know how long they take to get back to you when you fill in the support case form. I did one last Monday (25th October) and haven't heard anything yet.

Also what part do you need to get a screen shot of if you want to request points that haven't been sent?

Unknown as its quite new, before the email would take between 1 hr and never for a reply

Only screenshot i can think of is the page that says you will get your points and crop it to include the URL address and the actual page text. I just hope the URL is not the same for every survey, because then you will only beable to use Screenshots when you get some technical issue with a question.
