    I think it might be that Amazon vouchers are slower.Have sent them another email.!.
  • Today I got a reply from Toluna "[FONT=&quot]We inform you that the Amazon voucher that you ordered on August 22nd, 2010 is still being processed as the order to the supplier has not been made yet. We are aware that this is over the suggested 8 weeks delay and we hope that you will accept our sincere apologies."
    Seems the problem is with Amazon vouchers.

    Just had around 70 000 points awarded dating back to August surveys. Very few points outstanding now.

    Have ordered another voucher.
  • Another bullpoop email from them today with regards to my complaints of missing points. They told me a month ago they'd be giving me some of the missing points. I emailed again in the last week to ask where they were. 'We credit points at the end of each month so you'll get them on December 1st'. - !!! Ok, so if they only credit points at the end of each month, why have I been getting points for other stuff on random days throughout the month, and if they credit points at the end of each month, why didn't they both doing these at the end of October? So now they expect me to wait another 3 weeks. I bet they've only said this because they hope I'll forget. Well I won't! I'm not going to stop emailing them until I get every last damn point I'm owed.

    And the best of luck! I've been promised compensation points for owed surveys ('Within a few days' was what they said) and there is still no sign of these after yet another three weeks and some of the points are owed from June!! :(
    I ordered my last £15 Love2Shop Voucher on the 11th October and when it comes, that's it! I've threatened before, but this time I've not done any more of their surveys or even the sponsored polls, so I won't accumulate just a few more points to 'Hook' me into trying for another voucher! That's what's always happened in the past, but no more. I've had it with Toluna! I'm a member of quite a few survey companies who credit points within 24 hours or even immediately, so why can't Toluna do the same? One even pays £3 into your Paypal account no more than three days after the completed survey. £3 for one survey! Another will pay you £1 for every five minutes of your time! So get lost Toluna - you're not worth the hassle! :mad:

  • I'm in the process of taking advice about Toluna, with a view to making an official complaint about non payment for surveys done.

    I'll post back when I know more about it.

    I've also received Love2Shop vouchers today. Received Debenhams vouchers earlier in the week.

    Things are looking up!

    Not sure what is happening at Toluna at the min, received my love to shop voucher today that I ordered on 28/10/10 LESS THAN TWO WEEKS!!! but am still waiting on Amazon from 30/08/10

    I am really confused! I cashed in all my Ciao cash and when I tried to sign in they told me to use my Toluna account. Well I have been using my Toluna account and I have been receiving surveys for points as well as money (£9.90 so far) but I cannot find this in my account or how you are supposed to redeem it. Sorry if this has been asked before but any help would be much appreciated!
