I am still getting some surveys not registering in my account at all, they should show as 'project open' or 'prize draw' but they aren't there at all.

I can't see the 'project open' or 'prize draw' links. Are these accessible on the homepage? I also have unpaid surveys that I would like to check. Thanks.

For those that never get the chance to product test anything from the test area, Look at the 2 reasonably good test products for and you will see ulrikeuk, twilliams3252 and Motur_rahma has managed to scoop the Asus EEE netbook (only 3) and the photoframe (50 items)

Ulrikeuk and motur_rahma also tested the Em-fital Fitness and Vitality pastilles
Motur_ rahma tested the OLIVITAL regenerating soap
Ulrikeuk tested Axe Dry Deo Roll-On for Men and her photo is of a woman??? and New fluorescent watch!
Motur_rahma and Twilliams3252 both tested the Novelty Cosmetiques eye-liner from Berang! Paris

So just those 3 people have tested lots.

If your browser changes the colour of links it helps you find the same people in other tests. There are alot of repeat testers

  • just give me the fricking points! Surely it's worth their money just to shut us all up so we stop moaning on at them all the time?!

My personal thoughts are that it is more a case of pathetically inadequate administation rather than willfully witholding points. Toluna is rather proud of the million a month profit it made in the first half of 2010 - Google it and you'll find several articles. I suspect they are maximising their profit by saving money on admin - they come across as a badly organised shamble, probably with little or no training. I also suspect they have done their IT system on the cheap, which is why they don't know who has done what survey - and why the site has been riddled with tech glitches. But yes, if they just recognised THEY have a problem with their system (which they must surely know!) rather than treating us like liars then they would save themselves hassle.

Compmad1, after you sign in if you go to the dropdown menu underneath 'YOU' along the top of the page, click on 'points' it will take you to all your survey/poll account history. Everything you've done should be there (but for many of us it isn't hence the complaints), you might have to alter the date in the calender to go back far enough.

I have had lots of product tests from surveys I have done with Toluna, but never anything from the Test Centre page. Which I don't think anyone has ever claimed to have done.

    Important Year-End Payment Information!

    November 24, 2010 by tolunausa
    Greetings members,
We are writing today with an important update concerning year-end payment requests. Due to year-end accounting procedures, and scheduling delays caused by the upcoming holidays, all payments requested between November 15th and the end of the year will unfortunately be placed on hold. This includes requests for both checks and VIP Gift vouchers.
We understand the inconvenience that this may cause for some of our members, and we do apologize for the trouble, and that we were unable to notify members earlier of these changes. We will be returning to our normal payment schedule on January 3, 2011, and all outstanding requests will be processed and mailed at that time.
Please feel free to contact us through the help desk if you have any questions about payments and delivery times.
    See you on the site!
    The Toluna Team

Maybe I am too cynical but can anyone else see who was chosen for the product tests? Even the ones I previously commented on as 3 names stood out as winners quite oftern I can no longer see any of the winners for any test.

    MMMMMM???????
