Only screenshot i can think of is the page that says you will get your points and crop it to include the URL address and the actual page text. I just hope the URL is not the same for every survey, because then you will only beable to use Screenshots when you get some technical issue with a question.

You're right Davester. I've just checked my Toluna end of survey screenshots and the URL is the same on every single blinkin' one, OMG! The Valued Opinion end of survey screenshots are all different URLs, I had not noticed Toluna's were all identical.

All that work pasting,saving and emailing for diddly squat it would seem. :mad:

Finally got an email replying to my query about missing survey credits from July/August - one they have agreed I did and will add the points (no clue as to when), the other three they flat out deny I did the surveys.

What can I do? I can take end of survey screenshots as I had started to but they all have the same URL so prove nothing. My word against theirs basically. :rotfl:

It's pennies of course, but the principal of giving my time and imput for no recognition rankles somewhat.

I did too , I had screenshots of all the starting page with the survey number points etc, they said 3 i didn't complete or quota full. and something about them trying to stop their clients doing disqualification questions at the end of the surveys.

Two of the surveys never appeared at all in my account. The third was 1113172 a Gfk media survey for 700 points on 31st July (I have the original email), it doesn't appear either but I have a prize draw for survey 1113171 dated 30th July (I have no record of that survey so I'm presuming that is all part of their error).

More recently I have two completed surveys from October (1120209 & 1121682) which have not logged in my account at all, no 'project open' no prize draw, nothing. So I think this maladministration is ongoing - more time taken complaining, more flat out denial from Toluna. May as well bang my head against the wall. :mad:

Meanwhile another few million profit for them.

I've just joined toluna - whats the best/quickest way to earn points - the site all seems a bit confusing at first glance

You get emails for surveys, also and slightly annoying is the quickpolls which while give you a few points which add up nicely they sometimes also send you automatically to a survey, without giving you the reward amount or ID code.
Other people create polls and opinions and also answer other peoples polls, which you can earn some points for answers over 80 words long and also if your polls have alot of responsies. I only do the surveys and quick polls, and earn enough for 1 voucher a month. It did take a bit longer the first few months I started as I think they want to see your commitment before they offer you more surveys.

You can also go to "YOU" menu and choose "YOUR SURVEYS" which will has surveys.

First thing is to fill out your profile surveys you get 300 points for each and 2000 bonus when you completed all. You need to do this first before you can do the paid surveys.

Thanks for letting us know that is great news, i should get £30 worth this week then i redeemed mine on the 5th Oct, Also points are now being added for opinion, However not the ones owned guess they will be added soon.

Sent for my debenhams vouchers on 27/10 and it arrived 04/11.... 8 days aint too bad to wait!
