I don't understand why it takes so long, surely they could just automate it like Valued Opinions do,and brainjuicers did?

Hey guys I have just joined Toluna and dont really know what I am doing? How do I get lots of points fast? I keep doing all the little polls for 30 points but at this rate I am never going to get anywhere!!! Any help and advice would be appreciated! x

The calendar is very annoying isn't it? If you set the date so the month and the day is the same number(so for January, pick the Ist) as thriftymanc suggested then it will work. Whoever programmed it has made a right proper Horlicks.

You will get surveys through emails, and an email each month saying 'we want your opinion' or some such, which takes you to a page where it asks if a list of things apply to you, and you get surveys based on your answers to them.

They are really slow to update your thing, but they will come eventually.

You will have to sit tight and wait for them to send you surveys, the points for surveys tend to be around 2,000 points (can be more or less but that's average in my experience). Just remember 80,000 points are worth £15.00 in vouchers so do the maths to work out what a survey is worth - a 2,000 point one is worth about 37p. Work it out before you decide whether it's worth your time.

Don't like to disappoint you, but as for getting points fast - it probably won't happen, the survey points don't credit instantly as the poll ones do, in fact recently they have often been taking months. Be aware that when you do get your account up to 80,000 it will possibly take 6 weeks plus to be issued with your voucher.

I haven't found Toluna to be that lucrative or organised and will be leaving after my next voucher. I prefer Valued Opinions, but that's just my opinion.

Recieved £15 love to shop vouchers today, and thats 6 weeks since i applied for them. That is quite good for toluna as it usually takes upto 3 months.

I also received £15 Love2Shop vouchers today. Agree, it didn't seem to take quite as long as previously.

Now if only they would add those thousands of points they owe me .......................

You're right, you'll never get anywhere. A 30-point polls works out at half of 1p.

Like many others, I'm leaving when I get my outstanding voucher.

I could leave and feel like it but then i would lose out on £100 in vouchers a year MIN.
