  • Have you seen the Prize Draw winners for August? The majority of the "winners" are either UNSUBSCRIBED or have not been active on Toluna for quite some time. It looks very suspicious.

Did you have to email them about it? I've still had absolutely nothing added since mid-July and they've stopped replying to my emails.

I haven't received points from surveys in ages - getting a bit concerned now. I have attempted to try and keep the emails so I have the references but may have deleted some.
Still waiting for an amazon voucher too.

How do you know its been some time since they active?
If you really think that toluna has been cheating then The EU has a trading standards agency which you can make a complaint too.

I had 200 tickets from the surveys I completed last month and didn't win .
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574

I have read in some surveys (not necessarily Toluna) that they abide by some code of conduct for surveys. Perhaps we should contact this body and see if they will act against Toluna for us?

Exactly the same with me, and they are not responding to emails or online queries.

I've just noticed (or maybe I missed it before) I have a nunber of the "2400 extra points" appearing in my points list and my points total has definately jumped in the last couple of days.
Curiously the extra amounts are actually showing as 2399 points!
But I have been repeatedly asking where they are - so maybe that triggered them.

  • I have long stopped doing the surveys because I didn't get the points for so many of them. They didn't answer my e-mails or 'Contact Us' messages and eventually I told them I wouldn't do any more surveys until I got my owed points. Eventually they stopped sending them to me. I was just doing the sponsored polls and building up points that way. Now I find I am 'Locked' out of the site. I can't sign in - I keep getting an error message saying I am using a wrong User Name or Password. I have had no replies when trying to contact them about it. The 36,000 - odd points in my account can't be accessed, so...I guess now this really is the end! :( Has anyone else experienced this? Worra a complete waste of time!
