I am now getting sent direct links from 3rd parties telling me to complete any follow up surveys via the non-Toluna route, one survey (a product test) that I have been doing over the past few weeks for a 'substantial amount' (Toluna's words not mine!) has involved me taking a screenshot of my completed follow up survey and then emailing it to the 3rd party so I will get my reward direct from them! Give me Valued Opinions and Pinecone any day!

My brother is still waiting for his voucher due 20th August. They have yet to reply to his email. Pathetic really.

vouchers still waiting for vouchers ordered in june. sent umpteen e mails got one email back awhile ago saying vouchers are sent out at the end of each month.well that means i should have got them end of july

I ordered some vouchers and they arrived last week. I was expecting them to take a while, but it was only four weeks from ordering them.

I have had nothiong but problems since toluna merged with ciao. I can not log in, havent recieved vouchers and the contact us has been rubbish as no replys!

I have had same problems with Toluna since the merger with Ciao, I stopped using Ciao as I constantly, usually on a daily basis got invites to surveys saying "are you Leigh" and I clicked yes than got immediately screened out, even though I was "specially selected" for the invite. Some surveys Toluna have sent without the Ciao logo in the email have worked but others that are from Ciao aswell, none have worked. Thats annoying as I really enjoy Toluna and rated them highly till now, hopefully they will get back on track once the merger has been completed.
