Oh that's not good I just joined this site, and started surveys and stuff, so hopefully they aren't scammers or anything?

Not had many surveys credited recently apart from a couple of addtions of 2399 points, which don't seem to relate to anything.

Have used their contact system three times with no reply. Anyone else receiving points or (even) replies to contacting them?

Well I think you will find the more surveys you do (suuccessfuly) the more surveys you will be invited to.
Also take the Sponsored polls as, whilst they have small rewards, they are quick and easy to do.

They seem to bombard me with surveys - 6/8 a day - which I rarely do unless they are 10 mins or under. It doesn't work in google chrome and I can't be bothered to open IE just for a survey.

As a test you might try a few sponsored polls and look at your points you should see those specific polls entered and your points total increase, albeit by 45, 75 or whatever.

I hope lots of people are getting these 23999 (should be 24000) points:-
"You will receive an additional 2,400 Points
for every survey you qualify and complete in this session. This will be in addition to any incentive assigned to the survey and will appear in the Bonus section."

I haven't found any 'Bonus Section' to check, but I suspect not!
I have emailed and asked but no reply.

I finally received a Love2Shop voucher this morning which I ordered at the end of June.I am still waiting for the points to be credited for at least 10 surveys however.Most of my points at the moment are coming from sponsored polls,they do add up quite quickly.I am not going to waste time doing any more surveys though until I get the points from all the others credited.

the 2400 bonus goes in the section of the points page where the quick polls go. not where the survey points go, which I don't think anyone has any points added yet only the unqualified surveys - value.

PLEASE NOTE The points page is now doubled in length and has 3 separate sections (quickpolls/bonus points , Survey points , Sweeps tickets earned).

You are obviously keeping close track on the surveys and when you are due the rewards. But you will be finding that some take quite a while to payback.
If you take a break now and it turns out the rewards are coming in, then in a few weeks you will see a break in the returns. Plus, of course, you lose out on the value.

I think maybe the survey companies like people that try every survey offered. If you go 'cold' for a while you may find they do too!
