I have also received an email from a 3rd party whom utilise Toluna hoping that I had filled in their diary that had been sent by post and received Toluna's additional survey link to complete their questionairre.

I have of course not filled in the Diary and advised Toluna's client of their current position.

Just noticed an issue with my Toluna points account that has been going on for the past month. For about two thirds of the quick surveys etc that I have completed on their website, I have been awarded one point short of that being offered. So for the quick votes with 15 points each, I was awarded 14 points. Likewise, the 45 point surveys got me 44 points each and 75 gave me 74 points. The 90s and the 60s seem to be ok.

Just e-mailed them to ask why. Anyone else getting this problem?

I noticed this about a week or so ago and posted about it, sneaky way of reducing points yet again!

Haven't had surveys credited to my account and used their new contact ticket system. Still haven't received a reply.

Thanks for that. I’ll wait and see what reply they send. They are beginning to annoy me a little now because they owe me just over 60000 points from the last month or so from when I completed the larger points survey.

Knowing what people have said about them not awarding points, I religiously tracked my completed surveys for date completed, points awarded and survey ID. When they started to hit the 6 week mark after completion, I e-mailed them listing all of the details and have still yet to receive a reply after 2 weeks of waiting.
  • I think I might have posted this before re: the 'missing' points (e.g. 15 showing up as 14), but if you look at your points total right before you take a poll, then go to a 15 point poll and go look at your total again, it does go up by 15 even though it only shows as 14 in the history. Mine does anyway. I don't know why it appears wrong in the history, it must be some weird glitch they haven't fixed yet. It's like when the profile polls were showing up in the history as 299 even though they added 300 points.

    +1

My account is the same. The points total goes up by the correct amount even though the points shown in the history is incorrect.

Has anyone been bounced from Toluna without any specific reason?
I have and was told that I had gone against their T&C's, without specifying which one or what!
I had a lot of accumulated points and also a number of requested vouchers which were pending still!

I am in the same position. It won't let me log in. I have sent them several emails, but as yet I haven't received a reply.
Is there anything else that I can do?

    I doubt it.
They are based outside UK so even if you involve the authorities there is probably little they can do.
They have always taken ages to send my vouchers (around 2 months average) so they win by locking me out with so much owed me.
I keep threatening all sorts but it probably falls on deaf ears!

    Good luck
