Hi,

Im new to this site - first post so I apologise if this questions has been asked before.

Ive been a member of the Ciao Surveys site for some time, always paid ok by Paypal. Ciao have now merged with Toluna. I received the email telling me of the merging about a month ago.

I have money in my Ciao account - which i can still access the site, but it will only let me cash out via "the first club" or "sweepstakes entry". What on earth are these?!
I have tried accessing the Toluna site using my Ciao login details but it will not let me log in, though I can still log in on the Ciao site despite being told they were merging as of the 27th July??? Surely I should be able to log in on the Toluna site now?

Does the money I am owed fron ciao become points on toluna, or will Toluna have a cash out option?

I have just called the Toluna office in London and they said I needed to speak to someone in their Romanian offices regarding this!!!

If anyone is in the same boat as me, and can help, please let me know.

your money is now in points. sweepstake is as it says you spend points to maybe win some cash. The first club is some rubbish i doubt anyone bothers with.

You need to do more suveys and the quick polls, click my interests to complete the profile surveys for 599 points each. When you reach 79995 points you can get a £15 amazon ,Lovetoshop etc vouchers.
Paypal may or may not appear later. Thats how Toluna has been for a while now. But the points per survey are variable some better than others. But the aim is to get 79995 points (currently).

Any idea why I cant access the Toluna site then with my ciao login details to find out how many points I have?

My points have now reappeared after the recent changes but the only rewards shown are a prize draw, billboard music downloads, vip gift cash vouchers (whatever they are) or a "check" for 20 dollars! Has any one else had this problem?

You need your Toluna log in details to access Toluna.

im still waiting for my amazon voucher ordered in july and now have enough for another voucher but it isnt letting me choose one - are they still 8000 points???????

even though i contacted them about my missing voucher i still havent had a reply either.......does anyone have a better email to contact them on?
