click Your interests on the main page it takes you to the profile subjects, one of mine was incomplete last night and updated it got some points for it. So maybe thats what you need to do. Profile page link is messed up still.

I've managed to get in this pm. Updated a couple of profiles and was able to complete some of the sponsored polls.
But 3 e-mails from them and got screened out of 2 and the other one was already closed. Such a waste of time.
I am just trying to get enough points to get a voucher and then I think I shall ditch them - seems to be worse since joining with Ciao.

I think they have teething problems usually takes a while to sort it out.

Well all emails have been ignored ....and I still cannot log in.

So I thought there are more than 2 ways to skin a cat so I tried to re register only to be told user name and email is already registered:mad:

I am now able to access the polls, but still can't update my profiles (I don't know why they are only showing as 50% complete as I tend to update them quite regularly).

I can get to the page where it shows the icons that need to be updated but when I click on one I get the same message as before (The page cannot be found The page you are looking for might have been removed, renamed, or is temporarily unavailable. We are sorry for the inconvenience.Thank you..)

Oh well, I'll try again later and if no joy I'll email their tech support tomorrow. Thanks again

Why are you surprised by that. They are not complete idiots. Not yet, anyway:rotfl:.

On my Toluna homepage it shows that my profile interest surveys are only 55% complete. When I try to access it says 'Toluna error. Page cannot be found'.

If you go to 'You' at the top, and select Interest surveys, you will probably find interest surveys to be completed. I found around 6 or so to complete, worth around 300 points each).

The points were added to my account, however the notice regarding interest surveys being incomplete is still showing on my homepage.

Hopefully it might - I can dream, can't I? - be sorted by Toluna's team of professionals some time next week.

Thanks Libra, your method worked for me for the Interest Surveys.
Just got 599 each for doing all 8 of them.
Now I hope they sort it out soon and give me the points I'm due for these countless surveys I took before the updates took place.
