My log in details have for the past 2 days now told me "invalid".

They ignore all requests ....... time to knock these on the head as they constantly fail to add points and ignore emails regarding missing points.:mad:

Does anyone have an Email address for Toluna? The site wants me to update my profile details but it will not accept it and until it is done I cannot do any surveys. But no surprise the contact us page is all to pot too.

I'm having the same problem today - perhaps their site is at fault.

Try info.en@toluna.com and survey@toluna.com. My profile is stuck on 55% but it's all complete, I've been through it three times! I can still do surveys though - weird.

Why not wait a little while, you still can do surveys I have has a few emailed to me. They have just stuffed Ciao into the system, its bound to be a bit iffy for a while.

Thank god i am not the only one, My priofile is stuck on 55% has well. I left Ciao because of the 10p surveys and not being worth my time if Toluna takes that road i am out of there.

I've received an invitation for 6000pts for 15 mins survey :jso I clicked on it, only to find out it's already been closed. They've only sent it to me an hour ago. So now that we have more subscribers (newly added ciao members) that you have to be super quick to even have a chance!?

I have finally left toluna!
Last love2shop voucher came yesterday, I'd rather stick to better paying survey sites.

Mine is also still stuck at 55% profile and has been for a couple of days now as well but I can still complete the polls so not too worried

What do your vouchers that you're waiting for say at the moment? I'm waiting for two. was waiting for three, got one, but all of them say 'processed'. And there's no anticipated dates either, for when they'll be delivered. Is it worth asking or are they all up the spout again?
