Toluna Discussion (merged)

I too only managed to get on briefly this morning to notice @ 25,000 points missing, a voucher missing and another said processed - yet last week both showed 5th August for delivery.
Also 64% of my profile done, managed to update one, gave be 599 points and still said 64% done!
Managed to look at opinions and see I wasn't the only one with problem.
I emailed them, managed to get back in and noticed they have a note to say a problem and not been able to get back in since - either during my lunch break at work or this evening - hoping they sort things out quickly.
Like others said, I hope they don't change the point threshold again, it was so disheartening last time as I was on @ 58,000 points and they changed it from 60 to 80 thousand.0 -
Just received a survey invite with 10p for 25 mins survey. Not so keen now. I prefer the £ format but this is just silly amount!!! Pureprofile pays around £2.00 for 25 mins survey for sure, sometime you get £2 with less mins.
I'm not doing any survey until the site gets back to normal either.0 -
Yes, 10p for 25mins sounds about right for the old ciao surveys, i didn't bother with most of theirs. I'm glad I emptied my ciao account as soon as I saw that they were merging! I think I'll just ignore the toluna survey invitations until they get themselves organised.July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0

I wonder how is Toluna going to convert points in our account to £? What is the conversation rate, points anyone??0

I've just managed to order an Amazon voucher and they only cost 79995 points now
. That's a saving of 5 points :T:rotfl:

ok i must admit i ahve ignored the notice's about this happenening. I don't use CIAO anymore as they took 5 months to reply to my question regarding 2 surveys not being credited. They said it was nothing to do with them but the other site.
It took another 3 month to answer again when i disputed this, only to get the same reply.
Can anybody give me the short version of whats going on?I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
It's getting worse and worse.
I've just received an invitation for whopping 45 mins survey for meager 907 pts. I mean COME ON!!!!
What happened? Did Toluna sell out to Ciao??0 -

Same here.
Once I get the voucher I'm off. Toluna has gone down hill and I can't be bothered.

They say the points are showing as messed up for people but will be fixed, I'd be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt
I agree the surveys can have low payments, but just don't do them! There are far more surveys for Toluna than other sites (especially Pureprofile, Panelbase, Harrispoll, Yougov etc)0 -
