There were only ever ten iPads available. I guess this was a promotional email. It is unlikely your son would've ever got an iPad to test.

Check the address of the email. but out of 4 million members and 10 iPads there is more chance it was someone promoting it with some spam mail. I had about 3 of them. That make it seem that you sign up and get to test one, but they just imply that you will and not the truth which is you have a slim chance.

I still haven't had my vouchers which were ordered on the 19th of May but they are still showing an estimated delivery date of 16th of June
Any Advice?

well you might get it this week, if not complain. 19th May is past their cut off date (usually the 15th of the month) just the person that puts the delivery date doesn't seem to know this so you get the wrong date.

I received my Amazon voucher expected 16/06/10 on 20th July. I would email them, as usual they are taking the pee.

Well the site is back up and running. Slight problem is that I had about 94000 points last night, now only 5909 :mad::mad::mad:

That said the points on the account stop at 18/7/10 so hopefully the rest will appear in due course.

Somehow I suspect I will be in for a fight with them...

Just logged into Toluna hoping to be able to redeem the points I had collected - only to find I have now lost about 20000 points!! Was nearing 90000 but have dropped right back to 60000. So angry.
Has this happened to anyone else on here?

I had about 35000 points yesterday and now only have 21000. It's not as big a loss as others but still very annoying, especially when I'm owed thousands of missing points for surveys which I can't seem to get any response about.

I suspect they have not added the last 10 days worth of points as I had over 75000 added last week. The site is slow still so I suspect it will be offline before the dy is out, hopefully the missing points will be added then...

I have 276,000 + Points and the site is not loading for me to check to see if i still have that many.

Just to add my profile is now only 40% full.

Also has said before all points missing from 19th onwards so will wait.
