    i closed my account as soon as I received my 80k vouchers.

    they jumped from 30k to 60k (£10) to 80k (£15).

    i have ZERO time to waste on that rubbish.

    I thought I'd give Toluna anothart chance
    Today I was invited to another survey

    Survey ID: 1098342
    Number of points: 10,000 points
    Survey closing date: 30.07.2010
    (or as soon as we have the number of respondents that we are looking for)
    Length of the survey: 15 minutes

    Well I was well over 5 minutes into the survey when I got the following message:
    We’re sorry, but the number of people corresponding to your profile has already been achieved.

    What would you like to do now ?
    I wouldnt be so bothered if I were dumped like that within the first minute but 5 to 6 minutes is a bit of a joke and a complete waste of my time.
    This happens all too often
    Does anyone else keep getting this?
    Is it worth complaining? if so, to whom?

    Yeah this happens a lot, vinylmusic. I don't know why they don't just implement a policy of when you have started a survey you get to finish it. Anyone who accesses the survey after that should be informed straight away that it is full. Bloody annoying.

    just read on the site that you will not be able to ask for voucher from 21st july until 27th july . Must be due to Ciao closing down and all your points going over to toluna

    I joined them a few months ago and find that most surveys sent my way are already full by the time i ge them or i am not what they are looking for.

    Ive been given 50,000 points random because ive not done anything worth 50,000 points :D

    But this now means ive got enough points to redeem them. But when Ive gone to the voucher page I can put that I want 1 Amazon voucher but there is no redeem button :(

    I received 35000 points for a couple of focus groups I did.

    Am also experiencing same problem. I can choose the reward I want, yet there is nowhere to submit.

    I contacted Toluna about this.

    Due to some technical changes that are designed to improve your experience at Toluna.com, please note that from the 21st of July until the 27th of July (EOD) you will not be able to redeem your points into vouchers.
    Nevertheless, you will still be able to change your points into lottery tickets and increase your chances of winning in our monthly prize draw.
    Please be assured that after the 27th of July, you will have all options back together again, with more exciting possibilities for redeeming your points.

    On my 50,000 it says Quantumboard or something like that. Ive had this before when ive done a focus group but ive not done a focus group since Feb
