Toluna used to be excellent, but they made it so much more difficult to earn points that I eventually gave up, wasn't worth the time and effort. If you decide to leave, make the point of deleting your account, lets them know exactly how you feel.

They've gone totally mad adding points. I finally had an email answered yesterday, and had a long set of back-and0forth with a woman sorting out stuff they owed me for months. Then when I logged in this morning more had been added, lots of surveys I don't have any info for, and just now after lunch I logged back in adn they've added thousands more - all for stuff I don't remember taking. They're calling each one 'compensation' and giving a ref number after it, but none of the references match any I've got.

ANyway, not cmoplaining. I've now managed to get enough for another amazon voucher in just under two weeks!

thriftymanc, it's taken me a year and a half to get to 80,000 only to find like you that the rewards page is suddenly blank and even if it wasn't they don't do Sainsbury vouchers anymore. Gutted.

From my own experience and the more I follow this thread I more and more feel like urging everyone to dump them
I'm sure that there must be better and more profitable ways to spend our time

After months of asking i eventually got a load of points missing added as well yesterday, they must of been having a catch up!

The voucher page is now also working again

I am happy with toluna all seems to be working ok at the moment (touch wood) I am making about 5000 points a day from this site some times more.

I've just finished my first trial with them for a toothpaste. :j
It was really good! Wish they would tell you were to buy it, but from the little you could see it's from Germany. It was so nice to use and both me and my daughter could see the difference in the whitness of our teeth.

I've not got to the voucher stage yet so can't comment, but I would love to know how you're getting 5,000 a day most surveys kick me off just before they finish.

Just reading this thread. I have just asked toluna for my missing points. I have just looked back at my points and I have not received ANY for survey I have done for months. I know I have been screened out of lots, but there are lots I have qualified for!

Just realised, been very stupid! It was registared with a different email account!

I had this problem if I go through my emails using google chrome, if i log in via internet explorer they work fine
