Don't panic Jools72, that is the standard format. Your voucher will get an estimated date, eventually. Most vouchers are E-vouchers sent to your Inbox, some are actual paper vouchers sent by post. It depends on what you have ordered. Amazon are E-vouchers, for example. LoveToShop vouchers are sent through the post, I think. It can take eight weeks and longer for vouchers to arrive. They do arrive, so don't worry.

Hi sorry if this has been asked somewhere else - I see some of my old points have expired. Does anyone know the time scale for this?

Jool your order date could be just after the cut off date so might have to add another month to the delivery date. Previous posters had emails that say all vouchers order up to 17th or 15th have been sent. I have had hundreds off them, they do sent them eventually

Anyone having problems with the site again, I just got kicked out while trying to submit a reply and now I can not get on the site....

I'm in the same situation I ordered one on the 15th so its hit or miss if it will arrive in 2 months or 3 months. L2shop have an expiry of March 2012 so you can save them up.

Hey guys, I found the site Toluna today n wondered if you can tell me about it a bit. If I sign up will they send me tons of junk mail or give my email address out to random places? 'cause I hate it when they do that! Also does it take forever to make points?

You won't get tons of junk mail except from them sending you surveys for which you don't qualify (often after you have provided quite a bit of information).
You spend as much time keeping track of what they owe you and chasing them for it as you do in completing surveys.
Some people claim to receive sufficient points to make it worthwhile to them but really my vote on it is not to bother.
