I'm getting a bit miffed with toluna. Just had 13,000 points taken off my total as 'expired points'. Well it takes me that blooming long to get enough to redeem anything! :-s any tips? Half e surveys I get sent I get half way through and I'm not eligible0

Get a stopwatch or some kind of timer
Every time you do a survey time it and note it down afterwards.
At the end of each survey either pause the timer or note it down on apiece of paper
Once your times all add up to 5 hours note the total and divide it by 5 then show your total points per hour on this thread.
Remember the points dont count if the survey fails but the time does. So the points must be actual points added to your account and not the points you should have got
What's the point?
You have to get 80,000 points to get a £12 Amazon voucher
This challenge will show how much we each gain per hour spent actually doing surveys that pay up
I wouldn't mind betting that we are all gaining way below the minimum wage for our efforts
Personally I've had so many failed surveys I feel like I've wasted far too much time and I just want my life back so needless to say that unless I can be convinced that I'm wrong in my assumptions I'm probably going to quit and dump what points I've gotIWasLookingBackToSeeIfSheWasLookinBackToSeeIfIWasLookinBackAtHer.....0 -

Exactly!
I am leaving as soon as I have received my next voucher.
Must better off with the likes of NewVista who pay £1 for every 5 mins of your time or thereabouts.Young moneysaver in the making

Hiya i am also having trouble with Toluna, i used to get loads of surveys from them but the last couple of months i haven't got any at all!!!! I have emailed them but they replied that my account was working ok??? It is??
I used to enjoy doing the surveys as always got loads so soon got enough points fairly quickly.0 -
Toluna really seems to be a load of crap putting it mildly
They are making money from those companies and we are doing all the work.
They repay us with minuscule rewards and cost us lots of time leading us on with vast amount of points which boil down to very little.
We can be rejected halfway through a survey wasting even more of our time
Their system needs an overhaul because so many surveys fail at or before the end wasting even more time
Judging by this thread they often dont pay up easily ar at all so we have to chase them to get our rewards costing more time.
I advise all disgruntled Toluna users to quit Toluna and email them telling them why
I'm quitting them even though I give up 35,000 points that I earnt
Thers no way I am going to press on for another 45,000 to get a reward I've lost too much time already
I'm emailing them and telling them why and that I'll sign up again when they have improved things
Until then I've got better things to do with my time
I suggest you all do the same. Only when they see many such reactions will they sit up and take noticeIWasLookingBackToSeeIfSheWasLookinBackToSeeIfIWasLookinBackAtHer.....0 -
Agreed - they're a waste of space and especially time0
