Same here logged in and found my points total had dropped substantially and that no surveys have been registered on my account since 14/07/2010.
Hope they havnt lost all surveys ive done in the meantime i was meant to be testing a product that had a rewards total of 50,000 point on completion, so i will be even more unhappy if thats not the case now.
At least if were all in the same boat we can put up a united front and recieve what were deserved.£8,452.67 / £11,000.00 Challenge :j0 -
I can't even get onto the site. This morning I had 10,000 points missing and a voucher due (05/08/10, yeah right!!!) had vanished completely. What a shambles from Toluna. Yet again.
Edit: I have just received this from Toluna:
"Dear members,
We are happy to announce that Toluna is back.
However due to the on-going maintenance, you might experience a few issues – one of them being incorrect display of points.
We kindly ask you to be patient and we assure you that our teams are working hard to fix all the issues.
We will keep you updated on the progress.
Thank you for your understanding.
The Toluna team"
So at least they are aware of the issues. How long it takes to sort them out is anyone's guess. To see a world in a grain of sand,

Hi
Really peed off with them
As soon as my correct points are restored, I'm gonna get my voucher and close my account. Not worth the effort

I like many others have stood by Toluna when the sites took opinions off in June, I have decided to stay with them but until the site is 100% back i am NOT doing any surveys, polls or opinions and when the site is 100% back they had better not put the price of vouchers up again or i will hit the roof. My points had also better come back lol.Jan Wins: .0

Here is my latest Topic on Toluna. Please take a look and reply... if you can get onto the site, that is:mad::
Please check back in 0 mins. We are back up and running. Thank you for you patience!!
Ha ha ha, what kinda' semi-conscious, incompetent morons are running this site? It hasn't changed too much, but Toluna has had a less than fancy cosmetic upgrade. Now a few complaints: 1. Points and vouchers (I know the Blog says they are sorting it out); 2. Points and vouchers... will they now be delivered in a fair timescale?; 3.The slowness of the site. An octogenarian with a wonky shopping trolley is speedier. 4. And finally... I am NOT 40 years old. Not yet anyway! Not that I am sensitive about hitting the big four oh or anything, but come on Toluna. They could at least get my bloomin' age right. I mean, they are working from the same calender as the rest of the Western hemisphere. Aren't they? 5. Finally, finally... THE SITE KEEPS ON CRASHING, WHICH IS BLOODY FRUSTRATING. Call me Mr Cynical, but it took them over a month to resolve the Topics issue. I am unimpressed. Teething problems are one thing, gross and consistent incompetence and poor service is quite another.
