Ive lost 270,000 points somewhere and now I cant log onto my ciao surveys site either which I had recently applied for a payment from. Ive tried emailing, etc but they make it so bloody difficult. Cant see why they have to mess everything about. I best get all my money off them, im owed nearly £75 in vouchers off toluna, and £20+ off ciao. AAAAAAAARRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH, sorry, rant over, lol

The points for surveys are all weird numbers too, 5999 points ? I was not a member of caio so they shouldn't need to play with my points. but as they say 300 points for the profile surveys and I am getting 599 then makes me wonder are they gonna be upping the voucher points, hope not.


There seems to be something called Toluna pro which i think they are moving everyone over too. Not sure cause I cant login

I searched my email for the survey code for the 5999 points and its a 6000 point survey they paid me, so something is really messed up there.

I only managed to get on the site once this morning to find some points have gone & im needing to update my profile. But Ive tried several times to get back on & can't. Probabley everyone's on there trying to contact them over missing points!
