I thought the home page was better when points balance was plainly visible. Now you have to check your points to see the balance.
Also, have noticed on many short polls they are sneakily deducting 1 point for each poll.
Is this a sign of things to come?0 -

Is anyone here open to the idea of trading opinions? I have some older topics that could use a few more replies.
Apologies if that is cheeky, I thought I would try my luck?0 -
Does anyone know how long Toluna take to get back to a message?.
I converted 80000 points for a amazon voucher checked 2 days ago and it said processed but ive received nothing, sent them a message and heard nothing yet.

Toluna can reply quickly or it can take several days.
Issuing Amazon vouchers can take between 4 - 8 weeks. Not sure whether anything will change now that Caio are with them.
Good luck0 -

I'm confused about this. Ciao gave you real cash (obviously not now they've joined with toluna) and you only needed £5 to cash out, whereas you need £15 (used to be £5 then £10) with Toluna. Also while I agree that 10p Ciao surveys are a waste of time, you are not made to do them and I always had my surveys track with Ciao, wish I could say the same for Toluna.
Sorry for the rant guys, I was just on looking to see if anyone knew what was happening re rewards since the merge, seems not.
the reason why many of us are upset with linking with ciao is that ciao will drive down the reward level. i dont bother with ciao at all now because of the poor rewards.
from the invites i've had in the last couple of days i have noticed the toluna ones give a higher reward than the joint ones.
.
they are ( suspicious hat on ) giving a bonus - 2400 points - for each survey completed during a session. i just spent almost 8 minutes completing a survey to find out i was screened out. does this count as completed, i would bet my mortgage no. so how many attempts will it take for me to complete a couple? 1 hour, 2 hours?????
if this continues, i will check out and not use it again.2023 wins - zilch, nada, big fat duck. quack quack,0 -

Morning All,
Is anyone else having problems with Toluna this morning? I have just tried completing some of the polls on the home page (45 points, 15 points etc) and it's saying
We're sorry, you cannot participate in this survey. To be eligible you must complete your profile and accept to participate in surveys.
When I tried to click on my profile link (which is now showing as 50% complete!!!) it came up with the following message
The page cannot be found The page you are looking for might have been removed, renamed, or is temporarily unavailable. We are sorry for the inconvenience.Thank you.
Any suggestions please?
