Hi,

I dont have a Toluna account - never had one. I just have a Ciao Surveys account, but have not been told of any log on for the Toluna site since they have merged. I dont know how to therefore find how many points I now have since my Ciao account has been transferred to Toluna! Toluna have not emailed me regarding this either. Any ideas?

79995 now. never 8000 was 80000 . It takes usually 2 months for a voucher, 3 months if you order after the 15th of a month.

They do say 8 weeks in their terms, even for e-vouchers, so just order your next voucher when you get the points to, and just wait, I get L2shop because they are more useful to me.

I would contact Toluna and query this. There is a 'contact us' section on their website. The link is at the bottom of their Homepage. The problem is not sure whether you can access 'contact us' if you don't have an account.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable may have further suggestions.

Hi,

I just managed to access the toluna site by dropping the "@hotmail.co.uk" from my email address and entered the first part of my email address as the username - hey presto!
HOWEVER!!! It says my account has not been merged to Toluna yet so still no joy!

So I'd still like to know if anyones aware if we can still "cash out" through Paypal now its changed to Toluna?

Also has anyone else from Ciao had their account merged and have been able to access their account on toluna to see how many points they now have etc???

Has anyone who has lost their points had them reinstated yet? I had a response from Toluna last week stating they were still ironing out some bugs but as yet they have not reappeared.

Ive just had the dreaded ciao survey incentive, length of survey 15 mins, incentive - prize draw entry! o dear:(

am I the only one who in 2 years of trying has never managed to fill a full survey out or get paid for one by Toluna no matter what you answer? Sometimes they ask you a surveys worth of questions before rejecting you..

I dont bother with Ciao anymore as they are pretty much the same.

Looks like toluna/ciao are now looking to improve on there vouchers process at last, the below was posted on there blog:-

New exciting changes at Toluna: New System of E-vouchers

Dear Members,
Firstly, we would like to reassure you about any orders that have been made before the 27th July. All vouchers will be sent from our office by the 20th August.
Toluna has recently experienced some major changes which have included improvements of our vouchers offers.
When you order a voucher (paper or electronic), and once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
This email will be sent to the email address you have put forward when signing up to Toluna.
Once the voucher is ordered electronically and validated, the code will appear in your account, this can be seen on the on the “Vouchers” page.
The current system will not be changed for the paper vouchers. These will continue to be sent to your home address. Please remember to check your address is correct!
Thank you for your loyalty and we hope to see you soon on the site.
