Toluna Discussion (merged)
Comments
-
For the last few months (before the Ciao merge) every time a survey had that typical Toluna first page, where you fill in you date of birth and sometimes postcode I immediately get screened out EVERY TIME, same thing for my boyfriend!
Now sometimes I click to do surveys - and get a Toluna page asking me "are you [my name]?" when I click yes it screens me out!
This is really awful, is it happening to anyone else?[/QUOTE
Yes - me!
I now collect most points doing the sponsored polls.Born to shop;)0 -
Has anyone had surveys rewarded receently?
Apart from occasionally receiving 2399 points nothing else is being added. Have emailed several times regarding 1000s of outstanding points, no response.0 -

The new annoying thing is that some of the quick polls now automatically start the survey with no points or ID code. It also loads over the Toluna page so you have to go back through to get to the quick polls you haven't answered.
Survey points say are credited after 4 weeks, OK I know that doesn't always happen and you have to chase them. But It is a waste of time right now trying to get toluna to credit anything untill the merge is complete.
It would be nice if they gave an estimated date of completion, I would also erge members to not bombard them with emails as soon as they have completed it because you probably wont get a reply because of all the other members sending their emails.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
Some of the surveys I'm contacting them about date back to June!0

Yes I understand that I have some that date back to April but I am holding off till after this because they take a long time when they are not doing a merge so would expect them to have even less time. They have 4 million members across Europe. So would expect them to get alot of emails.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

I seem to recall an email stating that once they have merged with Ciao and everything is up and running that there would be new things to redeem points for and that Paypal would be one of them. Does anyone else recall that?
I don't remember an e-mail but I know when they were having problems I was directed to the USA site blog and paypal
was an option over there although it appears to have been stopped for now they have cheque redemption over there.
A current opinion topic on the usa site (the sponsored polls on that site are different and it lets you complete the 15 point ones but not the others)

Wow, I've received a *proper* survey today - 10,000pts for 20 mins  Let's hope they will give me the point as I spent 20 odd mins answering. They do ask repeat questions such as your age, which accounts you hold to security check thoughMoney is not the root of all evil.
It depends on how you obtain it and how you use it.

I think all everyone can do is to just keep track of all of the surveys you complete, including the date completed, the points awarded and the survey id. Then when Toluna ‘apparently’ get back on line with things, people can then chase them up to get the points awarded.0
