Few things to do I guess except quiting their website. Keep in mind that it is summer time and I guess that it is quite dead there as everywhere so less staff = less customer services to send vouchers and so. Be patient or leave. I think that Toluna is not treating panellists the right way anyway and they still make a lot of money on your back so. There are better sites out there. 2014: £20 voucher from SurveyFriends, £10 cash payout from Panel Opinion too and working towards more from Valued Opinions currently.
2013: £35 and £50 vouchers from SurveyFriends! More than £15 made from other paid surveys sites (Yougov, Panel Opinion, Valued Opinions, Pinecone, etc.) Happy so far!0 -

Care to list your 'top 10' best survey sites?
I wouldn't put Toluna to far down mine, even tho' I have had problems too.

I only have 8 survey sites, I would put them in order of how much I have earnt this yearSurvey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

I finally received a Love2Shop voucher this morning which I ordered at the end of June.I am still waiting for the points to be credited for at least 10 surveys however. Most of my points at the moment are coming from sponsored polls, they do add up quite quickly.I am not going to waste time doing any more surveys though until I get the points from all the others credited.
Same here. I stopped doing the surveys long ago. When I got my last vouchers in earlier this year, I was going to quit the site altogether because they continually owed me points (still do for that matter, which I finally gave up on) but saw how quickly the points from the sponsored polls mount up...and that they are credited immediately...so now Toluna have stopped sending me surveys and I just do the sponsored polls. Doing things this way, you only have the vouchers to keep chasing up, instead of both missing points and vouchers! One thing though - DON'T do the online surveys - the ones that pop up during the sponsored polls - in my experience, you rarely get the points for them; they really are a complete waste of time!

why is it when you do the quick surveys on their home page you get less points than they say? For instance if the survey is for 45 points I get 44 , if it is for 75 points I get 74 and so on.
Anyone know?Instant Credit means Instant Debit!

Mine does anyway. I don't know why it appears wrong in the history, it must be some weird glitch they haven't fixed yet. It's like when the profile polls were showing up in the history as 299 even though they added 300 points.
I contacted them about this as it is happening in my account and they said not to worry about it as even though the points are showing as 14 instead of 15 etc they are adding up as if 15 etc so I'm not missing points. Got an apology for the confusion as well.0 -
I seem to recall an email stating that once they have merged with Ciao and everything is up and running that there would be new things to redeem points for and that Paypal would be one of them. Does anyone else recall that?0

For the last few months (before the Ciao merge) every time a survey had that typical Toluna first page, where you fill in you date of birth and sometimes postcode I immediately get screened out EVERY TIME, same thing for my boyfriend!
Now sometimes I click to do surveys - and get a Toluna page asking me "are you [my name]?" when I click yes it screens me out!
This is really awful, is it happening to anyone else?0
