Got a reply from Toluna about the Love2shop I redeemed on 30th October (over 8 weeks ago).
"Thank you for your email.
Since we order large batches of vouchers at the same time, it normally takes up to eight weeks from when you order the voucher until you receive it. We understand that some of these vouchers are beyond the 8 weeks as promised but we are working hard to catch up with the delays.
Here is an update on all our main vouchers:
We have now sent all Amazon vouchers up to the 30th September.
We have now sent all Love 2 Shop vouchers up to the 30th September.
We have now sent all Halfords vouchers up to the 15th of October.
We have now sent all HMV vouchers up to the 15th October.
We have now sent all Debenhams vouchers up to the 21st of September.
We have now sent all CDwow vouchers up to the 15th October.
Unfortunately we still are experiencing some delays with the vouchers, in which we send our apologies. We are working very hard to sort out these matters and send the vouchers to our members. We understand this is very frustrating and we hope to get your voucher to you as soon as possible. We do realise that delivery times for some of these vouchers is now beyond the 8 weeks as promised. We understand our members work very hard to earn their points and we are working very hard to catch up with the delays. We have no specific delivery dates however as soon as we receive the vouchers they are sent immediately.
If you have ordered any of the other vouchers please do not hesitate to contact me. Similarly, if you ordered your voucher before the time mentioned and have yet to receive it please reply to this email so we can investigate. When replying please do not forget to add the name of the voucher and the date you ordered if possible which will assist us in your inquiry.
I hope you are still enjoying your time on the site and that you receive your voucher soon."
The Amazon date is shocking. Given that it takes about 2 minutes to send an Amazon e-voucher to an e-mail address, they either can't be bothered or are inundated with voucher requests and not enough staff to cope with them.0 -
Mine were 16/09 for love2shop though i suppose they may have just sent them, so will wait a week before emailing.
btw got a 7/12 delivery date in late november. I dont think the time it takes is that important as long as you get in the end, but the amount of time it takes to earn rewards is rubbish. Won't use again.0 -

Well - I ordered my last-but-one Love2Shop Voucher ON 30th September and it is STILL saying 'N/A' for a delivery date! So... who is lying then?
I sent an e-mail to Avner Erez yesterday, setting out all the surveys for which I am still owed points and I got an e-mail straight back saying he had forwarded it onto the Toluna Help Desk! Fat lot of good that will do! I have sent them loads of e-mails about this and been completely ignored!
Anyway, I've stuck to my guns and done no more surveys for Toluna and don't intend to ever again. When I get my vouchers I'm off - for good! :mad:

hi, i just wanted to ask if anyone else did that online focus group chat regarding 'the family' (tv documentary on channel 4), it was about 3 weeks ago - i was promised £30 amazon voucher for being involved but i haven't received it. when i try to contact 'essential info/research' via email it gets sent back to me saying 'the message could not be sent - address not recognized'???????????????

I received the survey invitation and decided to save the link to watch the episode when I had more time.
Unfortunately when I went back to it the link wouldn't work, so I messed that one up.0 -

Yes, I watched the entire episode, then when I went to do the follow up survey it said it was already filled. :mad:
I was just about the say they were getting better as my points have gone over 9,000 so I've just requested a voucher ~ should be here in time for next christmas :rolleyes:...

I am currently waiting for 3 lots of amazon vouchers, last delivery date i received was the 8/12/09, others say n/a..what is going on with them??0

Like I always say with Toluna, I don't think it's entirely incompetence, I think it's part of their cynical business strategy. The longer they can put off paying us, the longer they can hold on to their money. As we all know, there is nothing time-consuiming about ordering an email voucher, so that's the only conclusion I can draw.
If they were that incompetent in all areas of their business they would have folded by now.0 -

I'm giving them 12 months. I left last month and I think others will follow soon after, there are so many other survey sites online and they all seem to have far more respect for the clients filling the surveys then ToLuna ever did!0
