i did a survey that took 80 mins and was worth 20,000 points they were not on my account so i sent them a email, and the reply that i got back was that the survey has been extended until the 23rd dec,
after i get my points to 240,000 which will get me 3 love 2 shop vouchers i will close my account toluna keep putting the amout of points you need higher and higher all the time.

cash out now before some of the points expire and you lose out

Exactly - if you'd cashed them out earlier you wouldn't have had to save so many!

Be careful! If you let your points mount up too high without redeeming any of them, they'll start reducing 'em!
I recently did a marathon load of 'Little' surveys on their website and succeeded in getting the 80,000 points needed for another Love2Shop voucher. I'm staying until this and the other one I'm owed come and then I'm resigning. In the meantime, I'm getting great pleasure in deleting every one of the Toluna surveys that come into my mailbox!
I have 'Written Off' the 25,770 points they still owe me!

I ordered some Love2Shop vouchers on 22nd October and don't even have a despatch date. There are still lots of September surveys which haven't been added to my account.

I'm building up points doing their small website surveys, but at this rate it's going to be another 6 months before they're paid!

In contrast, I redeemed £21 from Rewarded Opinions on the 12th December and have just had an email starting the cheque has just been posted.

Toluna don't seem to have much respect for the people who help them earn their money.

Toluna have changed their profile surveys so you can fill them in and get 300 points each. nice 4800 points instantly

I have applied for an Amazon voucher. I checked today to see the progress and it says I've claimed a voucher which will be posted to me and the estimated date of arrival is N/A...well it might be 'not-applicable' to them but it is to me! I'd like to know when/if I can expect my voucher!

Other sites I'm with send me an e-mail voucher for Amazon and it usually arrives within a week of my claiming it - why can't Toluna do the same?

I ordered my L2S voucher on the 1st Oct with an ETA of 8th Dec but like a lot of you I am still waiting, I wanted it for xmas as well.
I ordered a second voucher on 17th Nov. I didn't know that they had increased the redemption limit a couple of days later, dose that mean I wont get the second voucher until I have the extra points.
I also have missing points going back to April but have now written them off.
Like a lot of you I have emailed them but had no responce.
It dosen't seem so bad if you get a responce because at least you feel that at least they are acknowledgeing a problem

Hi Hazeysky, you will get your second voucher as normal, as the changes in points did not come into effect until after you ordered it. The new 80,000 points price will only affect future vouchers. As to when your vouchers will turn up. . . . .well that's a different matter.
