Just spotted this thread. I used to use Toluna years ago but they cancelled my account when I kept complaining about them not paying points / vouchers.

The final straw was a survey I completed which promissed £30 of Amazon vouchers yet, even after multiple emails I only got £10.

Funny thing was the first few times I emailed them, I got polite apologetic replies in English saying they would sort things out. Once I started emailing them every few days asking where things were up to, they started replying in French saying they did not understand what I was referring to and finally just cancelled my account.

I got one of the amazon vouchers I'm owed but am still awaiting the second. Meanwhile I've just cashed in a third (with their new mean limit of 80000 points) but have no idea when that will come.

The one I'm still owed had a delivery date of yesterday

My Amazon voucher is now a day late (this is the revised/delayed ETA). They have yet to respond to my email. Toluna sucks...

waiting for oct , nov at £12 and few days ago ordered £15 which i guess will come febuary

I'm owed points dating back to July too. I've sent them three e-mails and they just don't answer them any more. Haven't got a delivery date for a voucher from 30th September yet either.
NB: I thought Toluna was bad, but has anyone had any experience of Global Opinions? You need 9,000 points for a measly £5 voucher (they have to be one of the stingiest survey companies around!) Anyway, I managed to achieve the 9,000 points a month ago (took me ages to get them) and ordered the cheque, which according to their web site, was sent on the 13th November. Still haven't got it! I've sent them two e-mails and all they say is that they are investigating! I just don't think I'm going to get it! They're just crooks and trying to get out of paying! :mad: It certainly seems that way to me anyway!
I just thought I'd give everyone the heads-up - not to bother with this crowd!

Yes i agree about Global Opinions i to joined and cashed out which took well over a year for a cheque. It did arrive but certainly took it time, so hopefully yours will be on it way. I then ditched them but still get emails from them asking why i left and please come back we miss you!

I got a reply about the amazon vouchers saying that they have sent out vouchers that were ordered up to the end of Septemeber. The october ones will go out with the next batch (so not in time for christmas then, thanks very much toluna). When I pointed out that their own website has a delivery date of 8 December for my voucher they did actually reply again and apologise. But really, are they not ata ll embarrassed to be trotting out thesame lame piffle every time? Really shoddy.
